Great Deals on Properties

I’ve met slumlords who communicate. Filled out an application, paid the fee, went to an open house…:me and six other families showed up all at an allotted time slot but close. No one ever showed up for the open house but gave the energy to make all the individual appointments. Called to check status no one responded. I may have lost $50 but this review will cost them thousands. If this is the business you chose to be in then have more integrity because it deals with human basic needs. If a surgeon billed you and didn’t utilize his training to save you because He was being flaky he’d be suspended & sued for malpractice. Human basic need. Their attitudes and professionalism is more suitable for selling used cars with high interest rates & even higher mileage.

Evette, the "owner" of ELM, attempted to come into my OCCUPIED apartment and offered nothing more then an "oops miscommunication". When I confronted her about her trying to come into my apartment she was more than rude. She was inconsiderate about the situation..this was NOT going to be the last time someone from her company attempted entry. Another person who called themselves "a real estate agent " also unlocked my door and almost walked right in if I didn't open my door and ask what the hell they were doing. Clearly there is WAY too much my MY apartment key being passed around. Do you communicate with ANY of your agents? This is extremely unsettling, very inappropriate, and a clear lack of communication and respect to a PAYING tenant. Unprofessional.
