On April 23, 2024, I contacted Lee's Flower & Card Shop frantically because another florist I had placed a bulk order with for a major work event surprisingly delivered dead and molded flowers to me that day.

With only a 24 hour turnaround time, through detailed questioning, listening and several email exchanges for visuals, the representative saved the day! She was able to mimic my desired succulent plant arrangement and was transparent in what could or could not be done. They were able deliver our Employee Appreciation gifts timely which made the day a success!

I was impressed with the reasonable pricing, the staff's professionalism and patience, as well as the quality of their product! Lee's Flower Shop & Card has won me over and I will definitely be a repeat customer and recommend their services! Thank you again!

Purchased these custom flowers for my sister’s birthday ! She loves sunflowers and pink and the Lee’s Flower Shop delivered just that. The only thing is that I wish the bouquet was more full or at least more sunflowers for the price of $84 with all taxes added. Other than that they were enjoyed. Thank you, I will be back soon.

Very friendly and helpful. They built a beautiful custom bouquet for us and the pricing is very reasonable.

Aside from the flowers, we were moved by the customer service. We were in a rush and had forgotten our phones, so when we arrived we had to ask what time it was. Once finished, as we were leaving, the lady behind the counter again told us the time, which we were impressed by as it showed she understood and cared about our situation.

We will be back next time we need flowers.

Needed a corsage & boutonnière at the last minute for my son’s senior prom , place an order over the phone from the U st location to be picked up at the union station location. Ordering process was smooth as the lady walked me through the selection process & the hard working lady at the union station store was a gem. Will continue to use their services in the future.

I am a recipient of a beautiful autumn theme bouquet from a dear friend, and these flowers are gorgeous! The delivery person called and even sent a text message to show where the bouquet was placed and delivered. The vase is lovely and am happy to be able to reuse it for future bouquets I order from this shop. Highly recommend this floral shop for their services and beautiful bouquets!

Lee’s was a delight to work with - they customized the bouquet I ordered with a card and even designed it to have specific colors I was envisioning!

There was a delivery mishap, but after explaining the situation, the shop graciously offered to send a replacement bouquet. I really appreciated how empathetic and quick they were to find a solution.

I am clueless when it comes to picking flowers, and the employee was very helpful in guiding me towards the right choice. They also very generously let me pick up a few minutes after closing on the day of my anniversary! Would recommend.

Wow! Family owned for over 70 years. This store is run by sisters (granddaughters of the original owners). The store is beautiful, full of unique plants and accessories. Kristie was so helpful! Highly recommend!!

Lovely flower shop that’s been around for decades. Grade-A experience. I’d recommend anyone looking for flowers and a beautiful bouquet to go to Lee’s. I also picked up a nice candle and card to accompany the bouquet. Wonderful service as well. I had a great chat with the woman working.

Totally exceeded my expectations! I wandered in without any sense of what I wanted, but the salesperson kindly helped me to pick out a few base flowers and a color theme, and built a beautiful bouquet around it for a reasonable price. It’s more than you’d pay at a cheap-o florist, but I’ve never seen a more creatively designed arrangement.

Lee's was fantastic in arranging a surprise for my wife, delivering to a restaurant and coordinating the anniversary / valentine's day celebration. My wife loves the flowers an unique vase!

Recently had my wedding bouquet and grooms boutonnière done here and they were so great to work with! Kristie took my order last minute (about two weeks prior to the wedding), she was so thorough with getting to know my vision for the wedding and the feel and look I was going for. I have a hard time making decisions but I threw everything at her that I had in my head and she brought to life the dream I didn’t even know I had 😊 my bouquet was gorgeous, delivered fresh the morning of and was everything I could have hoped for! Ordered a small arrangement as my partner started as a teacher in a new school. Gave a base flower and some colors and they NAILED THE REST.

It was beautiful and my partner was elated! It was even completed way before I was scheduled to pick it up and resting in a fridge. Excellent service and will be using them again!

This shop is located down the street from my office and when we need flower for a staff member quickly this is where I go. This shop is so cute and full of beautiful flowers and the customer service is wonderful. They help make nice suggestions when you are at a loss and don't know what to pick.
