These guys are an absolute staple to the neighborhood. You shoud have seen the store back in 2011. He said: "Neighborhood Changing, tell me what to order I will have it." And he absolutely followed through and stocked the Bacaradi flavors my roommate really liked. While the new store has air conditioning, and the 3" clear glass divider is gone, these guys have been here for us through it all. Well, except for the 3 years that they were not there.... but they were not going anywhere else.

So I’ve never had a bad experience here. She’s always been nice to me. However, I have heard other’s express having a bad experience. I have had conversations with her and she has expressed how a lot of students who aren’t of age try to come in and buy and how she doesn’t like that. So it’s more of a looking like a student than a race thing. Also, she is dealing with very serious health issues, maintaining the store, and trying to provide for her son on her own. I am not trying excuse her behavior and the way she has acted towards others. But before you judge based on other’s experiences I suggest you try going with a positive and polite attitude and I hope you too will have a good experience.
