Mr Taco Mexican Grill 2

The flounder fish tacos were good, the staff was pleasant, the location leaves much to be desired. Lock up your vehicle if you know what I mean. Anytime there is an establishment with metal protection on the windows I have my head on a swivel.
So I came across this taco stand a few weeks ago and I just happened to be in the area. I wasn't necessarily hungry so it was challenging to finish the third taco. I ordered the taco supreme which means that it came with lettuce and sour cream. Probably didn't need all that. I like the double corn tortilla, I'll have to see what my wife thinks next time we come to get some wine. I would give them a 6 out of 10.
The prices are a little more than posted on Google which is totally understandable with the Biden inflation.

We ordered tacos de asada and a torta. The tacos are very much street style tacos absolutely delicious! The torta is a nice size. We will definitely be back for more. Food is made to order and fresh. The location is inside a smoke shop but if you can get past that you will definitely love their food.

Place is located inside a supermarket. They serve halal meet per the owner. The halal sign is also losted on their menu, which is nice. We got the fish, chicken and steak tacos. All were good and tasty. The only thing i would recommend is the tacos can use a little more sauce.

We wanted Mexican food, and we walked in and ordered from Mr. Taco. The food was freshly made. The young men working there are very nice. We had a veggie burrito and BBQ chicken burrito. Both were fresh and delicious. We also had chips and salsa. The chips and our order were prepared while we waited. We definitely will be returning soon.

Theyre situated inside a small market location, If only they had a more legit resturaunt style lactation with tables and chairs it'd be a bit better in my opinion. But it's a great taco pickup place in the area and we'll worth the visit

Great spot to stop for lunch during the week. I've been eating their food for a few years now, and have never had a bad experience. I highly recommend their burrito bowls/chicken tacos. ALWAYS FRESH!

We ordered take out and the food was amazing! The burrito was our favorite. Everything tasted fresh and flavourful. It was prepared very quickly and the kitchen looked clean. The staff were kind as well. Would definitely eat here again!

A great option for comforting Mexican food take out. It’s located inside of the Sunrise Market and smoke shop. We got steak burrito, fish tacos, steak tacos and fried flounder wrap. Everything was tasty.

The food here is beyond delicious! I love there steak burrito bowls. The meat is nice and tender but firm, rice and beans are on point and the sauces compliment it perfectly. I’m a fan of all their sauces so, I pour all of them on😋

Very good and fresh tasting. Not overly seasoned like most places. Been my go to Taco Joint since I've tried it over a year ago. Love it. Wish they would open a sit in restaurant.

It's in the back of the corner store and smoke shop. It's like a Food Truck setup in the store. AMAZING food. Way better than other local places I go to. New favorite spot.

Good tacos but not a variety of meat choices.. hard tacos tastes like chalupas..never knew place existed.. 3 for 10 tacos

I do not write google reviews often, but Mr Taco definitely deserves a 5 star review. Their whole roasted chicken platter with fresh pico de gallo is my go-to meal at least once a week. I almost do not want other people to try it so that they do not run out of it as often! The chicken is delicious and healthy, and the pico is clearly homemade and fresh. There are multiple sauce options which are also clearly homemade (must try the mild and chipotle). Despite the odd location, Mr Taco is definitely a hidden gem.

I order the Shrimp tacos and fish tacos regular (onion and cilantro) only.. they are excellent! My daughter gets the quesadilla with fries.. she's a super picky eater and she tore that food up.. their food thus far is very good and reasonable in price.. just know it's really take out only because they're located in a convenient store.

Mr. Taco is my go to place for awesome Mexican food. It is also reasonably priced and have never been disappointed. I recommend this restaurant to everyone I know in the Claymont/Wilmington area.
