I had the wonderful opportunity to talk to Liz, who is one of the store supervisors and I can only say remarkable things about her. Her mannerisms, personality and even just her bubbly outlook on life wise fantastic to have over the phone. I was having difficulties placing an online order, after calling the 1-800 number I was told it might be best to call a store.
I will tell you, I was very lucky to get this woman who helped me. She made things so easy, and even made suggestions. I definitely will be calling back again for future purchases.

I actually didn’t physically shop in this store but rather over the phone to get an item shipped to my house. I received THE BEST customer service from Lizz and Molly!! They were so friendly and genuine and helped me find and ship a pair of earrings that I needed by a certain day. I will definitely make it a point to stop by if I’m in the Lynnfield area!
