Dr Chang and his team are fantastic. They truly care about each individual and their results. Going through breast cancer treatment at 30 years old was stressful enough, but his team cared for me every step of the way leading up to my double mastectomy, with reconstruction, and the months after. I would recommend him for anything plastic surgery related or med-spa related!

I want to share my positive experiences with Nouveau Medispa. I have had numerous treatments with various members of Dr Chang’s extremely talented staff. I have gotten Botox, filler, facials, sclerotherapy and laser treatments. All were a success. The processes were explained to me in great detail. From what to do before my treatment, detailed after care instructions and what results to expect. I am extremely satisfied with their expertise and care. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone.

Had an amazing experience at nouveau medispa! Rachel R. gave an incredible facial and great tips on skin care (always remember your neck!). The staff is very welcoming and very helpful with all my needs. The PAs that work with Dr. Chang are very knowledgeable and have gotten Botox and dysport with little discomfort and great results! I received liposuction on my stomach and sides in November, 2017. The reason for this is more than just cosmetic. For those who have done everything correctly and still can't seem to loose any weight, please read:

I had tried to loose weight realistically for more than a decade. In 2012, I began training in Mixed Martial Arts. I did intensive training alongside a nutrition plan that was based on burning fat. I did this for four and a half years without compromise, and lost ZERO fat. Considering I did over 100 crunches, lunges and sit-ups a night alongside other intensive training and ate incredible healthy, I was still overweight. Even worse, I was tired all the time from working out so much to try and loose it while also maintaining a sensible diet. Alongside that, I had to switch doctors due to retirements and moving houses. When my new doctor took me for my first check-up and I had to hear the speech about "you're overweight, you need to eat better and get more exercise," I openly cried. After about a year of tests (thyroid, metabolism, blood abnormalities, etc) it was decided the the type of fat I had was outside of my muscle groups, meaning that not only was I not loosing fat, but that all the carbs, protein, and iron I was taking was trying to burn off weight it couldn't get to, hence the reason why even though I was "living healthy", I was still tired all the time and overweight.

I found reviews from people in my exact situation and read reviews about the Nouveau Cosmetic Center, and decided to at least go for the free consult. I consulted with Dr. Chang who evaluated me, listened to my story, and then talked to me about the ins and outs. He clearly laid out what he could do, how it can be beneficial besides the difference in appearance, and what the operation and recovery would entail. He laid out a projected timeline for what I would be going through and what I would need to do and maintain for recovery. (Upon reflection, everything went EXACTLY as expected, and there were NO surprises. Every piece of information Dr. Chang gave me was spot on accurate). The process was so clearly explained that after that first evaluation I was certain I would go for it.

Dr. Chang (and the amazing staff) was with me the whole way through. I saw him before surgery, after surgery, and with every follow-up visit. On the follow up visits we discussed how it was going, what to expect before the next visit, and answered any question I had. The staff was also very open and accommodating of anything I needed. I had no hesitation that I could just call them up and ask them the tiniest thing. I promise that I'm not embellishing when I say that these people made me feel incredibly comfortable and supported. Though dealing with a sensitive, often embarrassing subject, I never felt uneasy around them. They were always professional, and always helpful. I can't recommend them enough.

Now: the results. I attached some pictures to show the dramatic change. This shows my late October 2017 visit to my early February 2018 follow up. Only three months have gone by, and I no longer have a stomach, and now that I'm back training, I'm finding that my body is dispersing the weight in a "normal" way, instead of just making my mid-section bigger. I have also noticed an incredible spike in my energy. The diagnosis was correct: now that the extra weight is gone, I can eat like an average person and get the right amount of energy while still maintaining (and losing) weight comparable to my diet and exercise. A battle I've been fighting for over a decade seems to have come to an end.

I thank Dr. Chang and his wonderful staff for not only fixing this problem, but making the actual process a positive, safe, and comfortable experience. As I continue to train and diet, I will update the pictures on this review.

Dr. Chang is awesome! I had a breast lift and implant as well as some lipo done by him in June and the whole process was great. The office is clean and the staff is very kind and professional. Dr. Chang was to the point and honest about what he could do for me and answered all my questions leading up to the surgery. The surgery went well and smooth and that whole facility and hospital staff was wonderful. Following up with Dr. Chang has been easy and he's continued to help answer my questions. I am very happy with my results and would refer anyone to him!

I had my first facial in years performed by Tiana. She was so kind and sweet, and the facial was so relaxing. My skin felt hydrated and healthy afterwards. I came back again for an upper lip wax and it was by far the most painless waxing I've ever had. She is truly a skilled esthetician.

Excellent experience with Dr. Chang at Noveau Medispa! The entire experience from making an appointment for initial assessment, procedure and follow up appointments were delivered with evident expertise. The office is a state of the art facility and the staff are professional and helpful. Dr. Chang blended surgical skills and knowledge, with holistic care and I am grateful for the outcome!!

I had about 5 inches of excess skin removed from my arms by Dr Chang after I lost weight. I am very pleased and excited with the outcome. Never in my wildest dreams did I imagine that my arms could look so good. Dr Chang explained the pros and cons of the procedure from the very beginning. Dr Chang and his staff very professional at each and every appointment and I never felt that I was on my own. Surgery date was 12/8/2020. I am now 2 months post-op and am fully healed and living a normal life style.

I’ve recently been getting Excilis treatments from aesthetician Rachel P. She is awesome! Very friendly and knowledgeable about skin care. I love all of the products she’s recommended. Rachel always makes sure I’m comfortable during the treatment and is an absolute pleasure to talk to. I highly recommend her.

I recently got a new product on the market that the Dr learned about and is introducing to some patients. It’s called Daxi and it is an injectable treatment used similar to Botox. I have used Botox for many years so I was happy to use Daxi for my most recent treatment to compare the effectiveness and results I would have. The Dr gave me the exact # of units as before and in the same places so it would be an accurate comparison. Typically it would take 2 wks before I saw the results of Botox injections but I saw a noticeable improvement with Daxi at 10 days. My skin looked really smooth and so bright. Before I would still have some crows feet lines when I smiled but this did not happen with Daxi. My results would normally last around 4 months so I will write again after that time frame to see how effective the Daxi treatment is lasting. But as of now, I am very happy with the results of the Daxi product!

Dr. Chang is an incredible surgeon! I went to see him to try Daxxify, the new neuromodulator. I am very happy with my results and service. Beautiful med spa.
