Stan did an amazing job fixing my roof! He was honest telling me my roof only needed a repair, not a full replacement just to get more from a larger project. He was quick getting my project completed and provided photos at the end of the project. He even checked in after the first big storm after the roof repair to ensure he provided quality craftsmanship. When is does come time for a roof replacement, I won’t need to look anywhere else.

I would like to start by saying I would definitely recommend this roofing company. I've watched other companies that have come into our neighborhood and have done homes around me and not one have done as nice of job that Hard Hatters did they went above and beyond to make sure our roof was perfect there was an issue with color after they had already laying the shingles and it was immediately delt with and the crew was hard working very respectful and clean up was top notch not one shingle piece or nail was left they put everything back in place that was moved and the price was so reasonable as we had a double roof and had many quotes but no one beat this company thanks for the great work

Stan is a honest, reasonable man to work with. He will tell you he is not the cheapest or the most expensive, but what sets him apart in my opinion is his dedication to customer service. He showed up when he said he was going to. Communicated via text, email, photos of things he saw and possible solutions. He even came on a Sunday after everything was all done to address some of my questions and concerns after the first heavy rainfall we had post installation. I only wish I could find other contractors that have Stan's level of commitment to customer service.

His crew also courteous to my family members. Very clean, cleanup my property, and did so even knowing they were coming back the next day.

Hard Hatters Roofing is terrific - great value and service!!! What really made the difference though was the owner, Stan.

We had an issue where some of the shingles on our new roof had a manufacturer’s defect, and Stan worked directly with the manufacturer on our behalf (we did not have to do anything). Stan successfully negotiated with the manufacturer for a total redo of our roof at no cost to us. I truly appreciate how Stan truly advocated for us to ensure our new roof was flawless.

Stan is the best! He fixed my chimney leak, after a couple professional chimney repair companies wasn’t able to help with several hundred dollars paid.
Stan’s work is the most thorough and professional. Most importantly, he really spend time and completely takes care of the problems as he promised, and offered additional help/ advices as a friend, that’s the quality very hard to find.
I’d recommend his company for roofing/siding and any exterior work without hesitation.

Stan and his crew were great from start to finish. Unlike other contractors I have worked with, Stan communicated with us every step of the way so we weren't left in the dark waiting for answers or updates. The team was on time, professional, courteous, and cleaned up thoroughly after the job was completed. They even pointed out some minor damage to our siding that was caused during the work and did not accept final payment until the repair had been made. Highly recommend.

A few weeks ago the roof in my sun room started leaking. That evening I contacted three roofing companies and within an hour or two Stan responded and said he could come out the next day. One of the three companies I messaged never even messaged me back!

Stan came out and was very professional and knowledgeable and gave me an estimate I could afford. We scheduled the job and in the meantime he patched the hole until his crew could come out.

Stan was very good at communicating when his crew would come out, and when they did they were quick, cleaned up after themselves and best of all, the next day it poured and my roof didn't leak anymore!

Hard Hatters Roofing Services did a beautiful job on my new house and detached garage roofs! Their uncompromising quality of work is the best I’ve seen. The work crew was very friendly and worked non-stop other than a short lunch break. These guys really know what they’re doing, and it shows! They also have a very cool piece of machinery called an Equipter with soft wide tires to collect shingle debris while tearing off the old roof. It uses a hydraulic lift to position a collection bin right up to the edge of the roof, so the debris isn’t being thrown on the ground and it was very easy on my lawn. I can’t say enough how happy and pleased I am with the work Hard Hatters Roofing Services did! Thanks, Stan and crew! (Pictures to follow)

My roof needed a repair. From top to bottom Hard Hatters exceeded my high expectations. Great communication on the phone. Stan the owner came out to do the estimate - he is extremely knowledgeable and taught me a few things about roofing while he was here (I'm a big DIY guy). The work crew that came out was professional, very nice guys, worked quickly, did a clean job, and the repair looks beautiful. Best of all the price was excellent! I contacted another company for estimate and they said it was unrepairable - I needed a new roof. Not for Hard Hatters! We hired Hard Hatters to replace our roof due to a tree falling on our house. I cannot recommend anyone better than Hard Hatters team led by Stan. They did an awesome job, were a courteous group, and worked all day. They cleaned up every piece of fallen debris before leaving. I give them 5 stars and highly recommend them.

This company is the best!! It's hard to find really great contractors. I needed a new roof for my "she shed". Stan responded immediately and provided a reasonable quote. He immediately scheduled the job and arrived on time!. John did the work. Roof looks great. Clean up was as though nothing was done. Not a spec out of place. They even sent me pictures of the finished job. All promises were kept. Hard Hatters make customer service look easy. These guys are the best. 6 stars instead of 5!!!

Stan is awesome!!! He is prompt, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. I called the company when I noticed water stains on the ceiling of my bedroom. Stan inspected my roof and attic right after he arrived. He said the roof is fine and indicated that it might be HVAC ductwork issues. I'd definitely recommend the company and Stan!!!

Stan evaluated my leaking roof. He shared an option to repair only the leak as well as an option to repair the leak plus provide future protection. I opted for the more expensive service, which I still thought was reasonable. After I agreed, the scheduling of the repair was less than a week. I am very happy with the timeliness. AND more importantly, during the rains that Ian brought, there was no leaking!!!
