Our family always has a wonderful dental experience at Washougal Family Dental. They are professional, friendly and offer phenomenal treatment for our dental needs. We enjoy our hygiene appointments and bi-annual checkups.

I appreciate the treatment payment plan that is always presented, before services, if there is a need for further dental work. There are never any hidden charges nor pressure to complete unnecessary procedures, with all options discussed before a decision is made for treatment.

Best place hands down. They are so warm and welcoming. The staff goes out of there way to get to know you and your family. A true family business. Cannot say enough about them. Peggy has been doing my teeth the whole time we have lived in Washougal and she is amazing. My girls have Courtney and love her. They make you feel like part of the family. The whole staff is amazing.

Personable, prompt, & professional. The only dentist I've ever been to that makes me wish I had reasons to come in more than twice a year!! I'm 49 and been to many dentists over the years. I will never go to another one. This place feels like you're being taken care of by family. They get to know you and they use that knowledge to deliver amazing care. Stop looking and schedule an appointment. You'll love these people!

My visit was to get my teeth cleaned. It was a very good experience with the dental hygienist. She made me feel very relaxed and comfortable. The Dentist is always so friendly and I just love the family atmosphere of the whole office staff and all if them there at Wadhougal family Dental. Highly recommend the entire crew.

Absolutely amazing team! Past experiences with dentists had given me horrible anxiety that kept me from going for too long. From my very first visit to Dr. Cochell and his team, they have been caring, concerned and professional. Always an easy appointment when visiting Washougal Family Dental. They are always on time and never rush you through, even when you are the last appointment of the day. From the front desk to the assistants to the hygienists to the doctor, everyone treats you like family and takes the time to know you as a person, not just a patient. Perfect for our small town. I've been going here for years and have never had any issues.

Regarding how we are treated: I do not believe we have ever been asked to have a treatment that was not necessary. Good communication may be the answer.

We love Dr Cochell and his staff! The hygienists are gentle yet thorough, and have always been friendly. His receptionists are warm and welcoming. My son has a relatively unique dental situation and I’ve never felt like they have pushed for unnecessary procedures but rather Dr Cochell answered my questions and let me know and understand our options. We are very happy with the service and care we get at Washougal Family Dental.

The dentist, assistants and office staff are all so clearly focused on providing outstanding customer service. Going to the dentist is not the most exciting thing to do but my interactions with this office have made it almost fun! Highly recommend!!

Dr. Cochell and his team are excellent! They welcome me each visit, my name, and I am always impressed with the quality of the services I receive. Not only is care excellent, but their scheduling and finances are as well. They always keep me up to date on my upcoming appointments, by sending text reminders that I can reply back to for a 2-way conversation — which is very appreciated with a full schedule that doesn’t allow me to make too many phone calls.
I do not have dental insurance and I find their prices very fair and reasonable. Thank you Dr. Cochell and the Washougal Family Dental Team for always exceeding my expectation!

The whole staff was very friendly, cordial, and professional. I actually enjoy seeing my dentist and his crew there! Very accommodating and competent team. I've been seeing them for over 15 years and have no reason to go to any other dental facility. 5 stars +!

I and my family have been going to this clinic for dental care for many years and have always been treated courteously, and received good and conscientious care. My sons are now adults and have continued to go there even when it might have been more convenient location-wise to go elsewhere. This was my first visit since the Covid pandemic started and they handled things well - appropriate precautions for my safety and theirs.

I absolutely love Washougal Family Dental. Amazing atmosphere, with just as amazing staff. They all work as a team to do everything possible to make you feel welcomed, comfortable, and are empathetic to each of their patient’s needs. They truly care about their patients and go above and beyond.

Both of my children go to Washougal Family Dental and they love it there! My daughter exclaimed how much she ‘missed this place’ as we came in for her cleaning. The staff are always kind and patient, even with my chatterbox 6 year old. We highly recommended them.
