We had a great experience buying from here! The custom chairs went amazing with this table we also purchased from here. Jen did a fabulous job in helping us pick the best style and making sure everything was cared for.

This is our favorite furniture in the Wilmington area! It's a family owned business. They sell loads of fabulous, high quality, American-made furniture. They are friendly a nd welcoming from the minute you walk into their showroom and through the whole purchase and delivery process. They provide incredible, personalized service.

Always pleasant to walk into Pala Brothers. Decades after I first shopped here for my first home in Delaware, I still find their selection of quality furniture and professional staffing a joy to visit. People need to come here as an alternative to their other 'usual' stores and become familiar with quality furniture and service.

They have a great variety of high quality furniture. Staff was friendly and helpful. My salesperson was very patient and helpful. She was able to ask questions so that she could offer options and show me potential furniture pieces to choose from. Overall so far my experience has been very positive

We have been purchasing furniture for a long time; what sets this furniture store apart from all the others is the owners. Lori and Michael have been so patient and accommodating. They really understand the customer's needs and Lori is excellent with design choices and color. The store is much larger than it appears on the outside and they have a huge selection of high quality furniture. Because of their exceptional customer service, we will look to Pala Brothers for all of our future furniture needs.

Pala bros. furniture is the best furniture store I think I've ever been to.

They know their products. They listen to their customers wants and needs and place them with the correct pieces of furniture for their budget.

They did not try to pressure sale us. They did not try to upsell us. Honestly, every change we made we were told immediately how that change would effect the budget we had. In the end we upsold ourselves because we really liked on of their fabric selections, and they have many to choose from.

The sale was not quick and we were not rushed, but we were sure that by the time we left we had the furniture pieces we needed for the space we have.

I am very pleased with Pala Bros. and would recommend them to anyone in the market for quality furniture at a reasonable price.

If you are looking for "buy it for life" home furnishings without heavy handed sales tactics this is the place.

As a bachelor all I knew was I wanted a nice and comfortable chair. I was lucky enough to meet Jennifer who has 29-years in the interior decorating field. She must have started at the age of twelve but I digress.

She showed me all of my options in a non-hurried fashion. She explained pros and cons of everything. Explained where I could save money. In fact her attention and care to my budget really put me at ease because it never felt like I was just another commission check for her.

I had a couple of one off questions so she even called the manufacturer to get me the most accurate answer. This really helped assauge any fears I had as I took this trip into the unknown world of nice furniture.

Catholics don't have a patron saint of interior design. I see no reason Jennifer couldn't be it. She works Tuesday through Saturday so do yourself a favor if you are in the market for new homes furnishings stop in and see her. You'll be glad you did.

If you want to support a small business with amazing Customer service this is the place for you. This furniture is a buy it for life place. Expect to pay the buy it for life price tag. You won’t be disappointed. It’s literally amazing the comfort, customization and knowledge of the staff is top knotch. Definitely worth a stop! It was above our price range but we couldn’t recommend it enough.

Original family-owned, high-end furniture showroom. Large store with small staff of Interior Design Pros for layout, comfort & color consulting. Hundreds of fabrics & several wood finishes to choose from. Tax-free shopping is a plus.

Huge selection of high quality furniture. And if they don't have it they'll help you look through catalogs and order it. They were very friendly and very helpful. no pressure or strong sales tactics like you might find at other stores. This is definitely the place to go.

Cadillac of a furniture store. Family-owned Pride, highly informative with upper end brand features and origin + make of their many floor models and more. Personable a d very helpful guidance through the many rooms of unique pieces of furniture yet giving the space every buyer wants to explore and digest the floor stock.

Pala Brothers is one of my favorite stores for furniture shopping in Wilmington. We have been able to purchase furniture for nearly every room in our house here, and we are always given the best service.

MaryDe was exceptionally helpful and we found exactly what we wanted. Unlike the big box stores, she knew exactly how to fit us for the chair we wanted. I would highly recommend this store!!
