Flowers On Fourteenth

Decent flowers at a great price. Ordered a florist’s choice bouquet for delivery a couple days in advance. When I called the shop the day before to discuss the delivery, someone answered right away and was very helpful. They delivered my fiancée a nice bouquet right on schedule. From reading the other reviews it sounds like they’ve had issues in the past, but my experience was very good!

Hands down the best flower arrangement I've ever received. All of the flowers in the bouquet are so fragrant and in perfect bloom. Was pleasantly surprised to see that the florist was local and would totally love to get more flowers from them regularly they make such a beautiful addition to the shop.

A friend of mine lost a loved one so I placed an order early in the morning & to my surprise they were able to deliver that same day early afternoon. The flower arrangement was perfect, full, & beautiful. Thank you for putting a little smile on my friend's face during her difficult time.

obviously the secret's out.
So, long story short, a 3rd party "florist" (🙄) took my simple yet specific original order, and when the incorrect arrangement arrived, the original person ghosted me after a week of me patiently trying to remedy.

Found that Flowers on 14th was the actual end-service, contacted them, and 30 mins later, walked into their store and am greeted with the absolute perfect arrangement and their sincere apology.
That said, whenever we’re in need of flowers, we’re coming here, directly! 😌

Great Customer Service was provided for my order. Asked for morning delivery, and while they usually don’t deliver in the morning they made it happen. Flowers looked great.

I have ordered from Flowers on 14th a few times by phone (not through website) and have been over the top satisfied with the size and the beauty of their creations. They have gone above and beyond for me, even making deliveries on the same day I called them. I tell them what I want to spend, a general theme or direction, and they make some magically arrangements. The recipients have all lives the flowers and the freshness. Very cordial shop!

I had a good experience at Flowers on Fourteenth. I came in asking for a low-maintenance plant and they answered all my questions nicely. I ended up buying a plant which was delivered to my apartment and it’s in great condition. I’ll definitely go back to buy more plants.

I recently received a bouquet delivery from Fon14th & they were Absoulutely BEAUTIFUL!!! I have a subscription with another company and buy regularly from two other places but THIS bouquet was by far the most beautiful I've had in a while. They were a gift and I'm so glad they were; because now I know this company exists, and I will be ordering from here in the very near future. Thank you

Used this company to deliver flowers to a friend for her birthday, ordered at 11 am and delivered by 4 pm on a Friday! When I thought they hadn't been delivered, David offered to resend the bouquet if we could not locate them which is great customer service. We did find them and they were exactly as ordered! very happy would recommend.

I ordered birthday flowers for my husband and they turned out lovely! Usually flowers looks not quite as nice in person as in the photo but these exceeded my expectations! Thanks for doing a fabulous job! I look forward to ordering with you again.

I have ordered from them multiple times over this past year, and they created fantastic, beautiful arrangements, adding a personal touch every time. When I ordered flowers for an elderly relative with poor vision, they chose cheerful, brightly colored flowers so they were easy to see. They selected the perfect orchid for my mother on her birthday. And most recently, they put together a truly splendid arrangement that blew me away. I appreciate how every time I call, they have been so thoughtful, designing something appropriate for every occasion and working with me in a professional but still friendly manner.

Placed an order this morning to be sent to my grandson and ask for them to be delivered today. I spoke with Norbert and he was so helpful. Customer service was great!! The flowers were delivered as ask and were absolutely beautiful. The service was exceptional!

Received 24 red roses for Valentine’s Day. Not a very pretty bouquet. The flowers were already in full bloom, drooping and only last a few days. I sent the company an email expressing my disappointment in the arrangement and received a response to my email the next day from Jeffrey. He apologized profusely and said he would send another arrangement within a few days. True to his word, I received one of the most beautiful arrangements I’ve had, and the fragrance is amazing. Flowers on Fourteenth will now be my “go the florist”. Thank you Flowers on Fourteenth and Jeffrey. I give you a 5 out of 5 for your commitment to excellence.

I went in today having no clue what I wanted. They were very pleasant, patient, and helpful and made me a beautiful arrangement for my evening tonight. Very grateful. I’ll be back!

My partner ordered me a bouquet from here via Teleflora. It was beautifully arranged and arrived in excellent shape, and they sent a confirmation email so we knew when they were out for delivery. In the future we’ll probably order from here directly and skip the middleman.
