Claymont Public Library

Very good library and friendly staff. Wonderful collection. Lots of things to do for kids with a wide selection including toys and play area. Outdoor sitting area available. Milk powder is available for free from the library, which is of very good quality. Museum and zoo tickets available for free to library card holders but need to reserve in advance. Clean restrooms. Lots of parking.

This is a wonderful library which offers many activities for patrons of all ages. I took my elderly aunt there to play Bingo for Books. What a pleasant hour! Everyone walks out with a free book. Snack and drinks are provided. We had a wonderful time.

Very good library. Available all kinds of books. Especially for kids having separate areas for learning activities. Lots of free passes available for library card members. Lots of parking areas available. Drive-through options are available.

Great selection of books on hand. If they don't have what you're looking for, they can do an inter library loan and get a book delivered to the library within a couple days. They have a nice kids reading area and sometimes have activities for kids. The building is beautiful and everyone is well organized. The staff are helpful and friendly as well.

I am so happy the library has re-opened! I order books online as before, pull up to the back door, call the number on the poster, pop the trunk open, a library employee comes out and puts the books inside my trunk. Voila! I have books to entertain me at home and during lunch at work and audio books to accompany me on my commute! I thank the library employees and wish them to be well, safe and stay healthy!

Nice and quite place to read. Library is small but has lots variety with newer books. Great selection of books. Kids are is very good and has lots of events planned. People working here are very nice and helpful. I was visiting claymont and my friend suggested me to visit. Have spent lot of time and liked it very much

I was a visitor at Claymont , my hosts told me about the library. I spent atleast 4 hours every day at the Claymont library before I returned back to India , my home.
I enjoyed every minute at the library , what an amazing place, good collection of books, magazines , news paper etc. The ambiance was good, the people at the library very friendly and happy.

This is a great library, it has an enormous selection of books, DVDs, children’s books, everything. It’s new, modern, perfectly designed!!! The people are wonderful, friendly and will go out of their way.

I am mostly in the children's section but I often find many great reads in the front of the library for adults. Nice and bright, plus really great children's selection at this location. I also like that the children's section is separate from the rest of the library.

Clean, quiet, with a decent selection of books. Very well lit with natural light. And a greatbonus is the nice scenic view when looking outside.

Modern, clean library with lots of newer books, community rooms, and a wonderful kids' area. Plenty of desk space and outlets for studying.

Love how quiet this library always is and that they have so many events for kids.
