Quantum shoes fit perfectly (bought half size up) on my long, narrow feet. Walked five days on a big city holiday. No foot pain -- that is incredible and has never happened. Highly recommend.

Purchased the KURU Quantum wide shoes for my girlfriend who is a nurse. She has supination and has a very difficult time finding shoes that support her posture properly. She says that they feel like she's walking on air. She's never had a more comfortable pair of shoes. I got them for her several months ago, and the in soles started wearing down. I sent an email to customer support requesting information on purchasing a replacement insoles as it wasn't an option on the KURU website. It took a couple weeks, but when the KURU-Guru by the name of Will responded he apologized for the long wait time and had advised that a free replacement pair had been shipped. I am very grateful for the great customer support, and I would suggest this brand to anyone. Value- the price is high, but they know what they got and the happiness and satisfaction that my girlfriend experienced from this purchase was priceless. Then they stood behind their product when it had normal wear and tear and offered free insoles since purchasing a new exact same pair was unavailable. Thank you KURU GURU Will

Purchased 2 pairs ATOM for both myself and my husband. My husband has been having foot problems and he says this is the only shoe that has helped him walking. We had a little problem with the manufacturing and I wrote Kuru and sent pictures and they immediately wrote back telling us to order free of charge, didn't have to send back the other one. Aspen, really was a help. He ended doing the paper work. Customer service was the best. It is always a pleasure to work with a company that treats their customers the right way. FYI My mother and her family lived in Murray Utah.

I have been purchasing Kuru's for years. I have now purchased the new Quantum 2.0! They have great customer service. Thank you, Maquel, for addressing all my questions and concerns and helping me with my purchase. Kuru's, please consider supportive shoes for dress wear. How about some black Mary Jane's with good support that will keep me dancing all night. Thank You. Your shoes are the only ones that I wear that do not hurt my feet and keep me supported.

Brae was fantastic. I needed to exchange/return a pair of shoes. I had selected another pair of shoes as an exchange and Brae provided me with all the information I needed to make the best selection. I did not expect all of the details that she provided me with regarding the various shoes. Other online shoe stores I have considered buying shoes from do not provide the details she did. Doing business with KURU is easy; and even more important the customer service given to me when needing to return a pair was so sucessful. I can't wait to continue looking at all the things they offer when I am ready to buy footwear.

So happy they actually carry attractive shoes in my size! (Ladies 12) I just had foot surgery and bought two pairs which feel better than any other shoe I've ever owned. And Maquel was so nice and quick to answer my questions when I called Customer Service. Good job, Kuru!

This was a replacement for a pair of shoes that didn't fit. This shoe also did not fit correctly. The ease of returning the item was very good, from the time I had contact with the customer service rep (Marquel) and taking it to the nearest "Happy Return" location.

My husband and I both have several pairs that always provide pain relief! Love Kurus! Brae has great customer service! Friendly and efficient.

I love these shoes - they are the only ones I have found that address my heel pain. The customer service is the best (Maquel in particular is very knowledgeable and professional). My shoes arrived in just one day with no shipping charges. There are no worries - if they don't work, I can just ship them back in the provided box for a full refund.

Edited....one year later...my heel pain is gone. I will never wear anything but Kurus again!

I recently ordered my third pair of shoes, needing sandals that are comfy enough for work- retail- on feet all day. The sneakers have been great so hoping for the same. Shipping has always been flawless but this time my order seemed to be lost. Emailed and Chad answered almost immediately. He had another order placed and I got tracking within 24 hours. His amazing service brought me from frustrated/angry to really happy. Great service to match a great product.

Kuru Chicane shoes are great looking, immediately comfortable, cool colors, and simple to put on and take off. Cash rewards are quite generous and Brae in customer service helped me get the best possible return on my rewards. I also ordered a pair of slippers which are on their way and plan to get more Chicanes in another color. Also, shipping was awesome as turnaround time from placing online order to receiving shoes was 3 days.

Unfortunately, the beautiful shoes I ordered didn't work for my foot condition, but Seth, the KURU GURU, was so amazing to walk me through the return process! Amazing customer service!

These shoes are well made and comfortable but don't work for me longer-term . Unfortunately I had to return. I spoke with Morgan through KURU customer service and she was amazing in helping me return the shoes. She was very understanding of my situation and wanted to help me not feel frustrated. She was absolutely wonderful, extremely helpful and took care of the issue and said I would be refunded. Great customer service, Thank you Morgan. You made my experience with KURU a great one!!

Had to call Kuru shoes because I ordered wrong size. That ordered was canceled and I thought the correct size had been placed. It had not and when I talked to Christian he went above and beyond to help me. He placed the order for me and was so nice and helpful. Can't wait to receive the shoes for my husband. Hopefully it will help with his feet problems. Will update on the shoes when received.

If you want to skip the rush and enjoy on trying shoes come first thing in the morning. This place has the most comfortable shoes ever👌 I honestly can’t take off my shoes I’m wearing right now. I have to walk daily around 12,000steps. KURU shoes keep my feet happy and free of pain!! I used to be a size 7.5-8, but wearing KURU shoes it made me find my true size. I’m actually a 7, and my whole life had no idea. I noticed a big change when you wear shoes of the correct size. Especially when exercising, I don’t feel as tired or sore on my feet as I used to, and I am more active than ever! That’s the biggest benefit I had from wearing their shoes! Called Kuru to return the shoes (Chicanes) I had received today as I did not like them. Spoke with Seth, who was extremely helpful. Asked him if I could exchange the Chicanes for the Quantum’s I had ordered previously. He told me there is no problem & he was sorry to hear I didn’t like the Chicanes but he would gladly get those exchanged for me. He explained what I needed to do & exactly how to do it….which I really appreciated him taking the time to help me! Seth is a great employee & there should be more just like him!
