Love this store. Always check online for great deals but my kiddo loves the stuff in here and they have anime t-shirts what more can you say

Amazing! Great sales. I would recommend for all ages, mostly because of the squishmallows. They have delicious Japanese candy too.

I love the staff members here. They are always sweet, funny and helpful. They have the best deals here too! I got this Spirited Away T shirt for $10 bucks! I'll be back in January to spend my $15 free bucks for spending $30 bucks.

Hot topic is a wholesome store that employs fun people and has neat stuff! I always love to see what's in stock.

Lovely & accommodating staff. I've been a customer of this location for years & even when there is an employee on that I'm not familiar with they are always pleasant & helpful. I've had several difficult orders & returns here and I'm always met with a friendly smile and a sympathetic ear.

Teen-oriented chain known for rock/pop-culture that's priced right not alot of stores around like this. The associates hired fit perfectly to the style the store represents and are very helpful they are knowledgeable & helpful in ordering and recommending sizes etc highly recommended you go check it out.

Good price on great items! It's a little edgy, but that's pretty much the point. They're pro lgbtq+, I got some great rainbow socks and a bracelet that says 'make America gay again'

Also my sister likes the shadow pallets because they are cheap and glittery, so.. yeah.

I mean... Hot Topic will never be as cool as it was in the 90s... but it's still pretty cool. We got this necklace!

They're always having amazing clearance sales, and the staff are all generally pretty friendly. I tend to walk out of this place with at least $60 worth of merchandise for no more than $22. By far my favorite store in the mall, has been since I was 14 years old. Haha.

I was able to get two dresses and a coat that I really liked. They had a buy 2 get one for a dollar sale going on so I got a really goods deal on the clothes that I got. I was also able to buy some earring sets that they had a deal for as well.

A place to enjoy a little with helpful great staff members also relaxing and I always have a good laugh....An adult place for opened minded people....I find their items to be for specific occasions out of this world, funny. I wouldn't walk with a child, a minor in there....It isn't for kids just for grown ups! 👍😆

I've rarely had a bad experience with HT. The employees are very friendly and helpful. I've bought online and returned to store(s) and also ordered from other stores many times and they are always accommodating.

Plenty of great finds, huge selection of band shirts, classic emo goth vibe. This is where i got my Beetlejuice sandworm scarf from, plenty of compliments. Also the staff are pretty nice

Super sweet cashier helped me find a Nightmare Before Christmas hoodie for me and a Cat Camo hoodie for my girlfriend. Great guy, I hope they keep him.

I was on the hunt for a particular item that only Hot Topic was going to carry. Jaz at the Saugus store was extremely helpful and accommodating helping me find it! GREAT employee!
