Applebee's Grill + Bar

I got the steak with garlic mashed potatoes and broccoli. I ate it all. The steak was medium rare as I ordered it and was cooked perfectly. Not any fat on the steak. Was quite surprised at the quality. My husband had the fish dinner and enjoyed it and ate it all. 2nd time there recently and will go again. The drinks are awesome for 6 bucks!!!! Also got the spinach dip which I got the last time was so good. My husband even liked it.

I give these 5 star ratings for this reason. Jimmy who is one of the managers. When anything goes awry he is certain to take care of it swiftly, To speak of the young waitress we had her name was Sophie a young waitress but quick to learn she was very humble and has a lot of integrity and respect for herself and her customers she serves. I can only say thank you Sophie for being the person you are.I also have to give out a shout out to Stephanie who also showed great waitressing skills and respect. that young lady should be training any waitresses or waiters that come in. I only hope this review reaches Paul the head manager. remember Sophie you are a very lovely young lady with a lot of respect be yourself. I only hope when I come back in I still see you working there and you'll be our waitress. I was very happy to see that it's still the same wonderful place I always thought it was to go and have a meal with your family, that they take care and preparing for you. I have been going there since my grown kids were little.

What a nice Waitress we had so tentative and friendly... checked on us enough but not to much... and at the end had a nice conversation and the food was great! So loved the dinner we got! Love to have a variety of food like potatoes, broccoli and meat! Yum! And the shrimp was great tasted like it just came off the grill! And my drink was specially made up for me off on one of their drinks! All of them today were great and I loved everything about our visit!

As far as 🍎 🐝 goes, this place is pretty good. The boneless Buffalo wings are the best I have had, full pieces of chicken and not just breading. Friendly enough staff and cold beer. The chicken Wanton tacos were also put together well, so their kitchen staff is doing a good job .

It's always a top choice for me and my family for a quick bite. Very friendly staff and pretty good food. I love coming here, especially for veterans day as they do an awesome job with that, and this year, I even got a free sam adams beer bought by another customer. I highly recommend visiting this place!

We had the opportunity to visit again this Sunday. This is my son's favorite restaurant. Although, he only comes for the mozarella sticks🤭. The restaurant was full so, we sat around the bar. The bartender was the one tending to us and WOW OH WOW!. He was tending the people at the bar, preparing drinks for the waiters and, serving us. Trust me, i was watching him and i was in awe of the positive attitude and spot on service this young man had the entire time.
The food was delicious as always. Great price and we're DEFINITELY coming back!.

You can never go wrong with a burger at Applebees. They close at 12am so it’s clutch when nothing else is open. The southwest chicken bowl is nice too

Good food and service here. It was a pleasant experience. I had to he Prime Rib Dipper sandwich. It was good! For dessert I got the... Triple Chocolate... Something. I can't remember the name exactly. You'll know it though. Our server, Destiny, was pleasant and attentive! Overall it was a good dinner!

(The bathroom was clean and stocked too. I rarely use public toilets, but this was a decent experience for a man with OCD.)

Had dinner with my friends tonight. Ryan was our server. He was amazing! atmosphere was good. Nice friendly environment

I enjoy the great food and the great service. I always enjoy coming to this restaurant for the delicious food and the customer service is a pleasant experience. I would always recommend this establishment.

It was a quiet day. I said hey let's go to Applebee's for lunch and I was alone delivering a tractor so I didn't hear any complaints. I really enjoyed the atmosphere and the service as well as the deliciousness. The price was fair and it was an all around great visit. Thanks Applebee's saugus rt.1 5 stars 🤩

I think my server's name was Josais. A young man ,very attentive , helped with suggestions. He had a very enjoyable meal.

My wife and I had lunch at the Saugus location on November 2. The hostess (Denise) greeted me by thanking me for my service in the most heartfelt and sincere manner I’ve experienced in many years. I want to thank her for making my day.

Good food lil pricey but it's worth it try it is all I can say
