I recently contacted my insurance agent Jim Dorsey to see if a lower rate was available for my car insurance policy. Jim very quickly responded and asked me questions to understand my current insurance needs. He was helpful, provided great service, and was able to get the payment down to make it more affordable for me. I'm happy to continue my business with Nationwide, knowing I have an agent and company I can trust!

A few years ago, I was looking for cheaper car insurance for me and my niece. After speaking with Jim Dorsey, I knew that Nationwide was going to give me the best rates and superb customer service. When Jim isn’t available, Marisol has been a pleasure to work with helping me with my insurance needs. Not only did Jim provide me with quality car insurance but also signed me up for renter’s insurance. It’s been great working with such knowledgable insurance agents!

My experience with Nationwide (Wallace and Braun) has been superb. Each time I’ve contacted Jim Dorsey, Jr. for assistance, he has proven to be efficient, honest and effective. He genuinely puts forth great effort to find me the best rate. Additionally, his rate of response is phenomenal. I’ve never waited an extended period of time for a response and resolution. I am in am in need of a new auto insurance provider as i am in the processing of moving out of Pennsylvania and my current company does not service Delaware . I have been speaking to different agencies but however I have had the best experience thus far speaking with Margarita Mendez from The Braun Agency. She has been very thorough in explaining what best suits my need in coverage and cost. I look forward to becoming a new customer.

I recently called in to the Braun Agency to get my car insurance policy updated for work. While I was on the phone with Melissa Woolman she was able to review my account and get me some additional discounts on my policy just by answering a few questions.
