I recently had the chance to visit an amazing shelter place where there was this awesome women who was super positive and helpful. She did a great job explaining all the different shelter options available to us. Her descriptions were spot-on and helped us understand exactly what each option offered. It was so nice of her to take the time to explain everything in detail and give us a good choice for where to store our furniture and stuff. The service was top-notch, and the shelter options were really nice. I highly recommend this place if you need a safe and reliable spot to store your things.

Bad reviews seem to be paragraphs long but the good ones never seem to be more than a few sentences. Storing here for years and while things are not perfect I have been pleased with the current staff. They came in a handful of months back and I must say I have seen clear attempts at improving this facility. Not even just with the upkeep of the grounds but also their relationship with us tenants. Alison and Darlane are both so pleasant when I am on site, they don't even get upset when I cant remember my access code or the codes to the bathrooms. I see them regularly out cleaning up the trash that was just discarded on the ground by inconsiderate people. In addition I have witnessed them push through some challenging circumstances (who knew the world of self storage was so eventful) Example: The whole power went out the other morning and while most things came right back up the gate system and elevator did not. They provided suitable work arounds so that customers could still access their things while things were sorted out. When I returned the next day the gate and elevator were both functioning properly again. I just wanted to highlight a few things that I had recently observed instead of just leaving the stars. I was at the facility earlier this evening and took a few photos to include too.... Thanks for all your help over the past few months girls!

Lisa is extraordinary! I showed up 12 minutes before closing in a panic. I needed an emergency storage, and couldn’t complete my contract online. She took the time out to help complete my contract and explain everything I needed to know. Lisa was patient and happy to help me. I couldn’t thank her enough. This was my first time renting a storage unit. Customer service gave me a great deal over the phone. But when I got to my storage unit in New Castle, DE the property manager Molly absolutely was the best. Helped me thru the paperwork while she was training someone. Awesome job! Deserves a raise. Decent place when we got it for my work we stored a variety or things hoses and such but staff friendly always attentive to our needs and one of the lady’s working inside is pretty damn hot… Thanks
