They had the car we wanted at a price we liked. Tracy was friendly to work with. The car was in great shape and the shop had done a refresh of tires/brakes during their inspection. They also promptly covered the cost of PA inspection and handled the PA registration. Great experience shopping here.

I came in 4/16/2021 and was immediately given a warm welcome by Jose Lasalle. That was amazing because that day I was dressed like a bum and didn’t expect anyone to take me seriously looking to buy a car. However Jose was the perfect salesman and he was helpful and knowledgeable. He gave me recommendations and listened to what I wanted. In the end he did indeed sell me on the Mazda that I really didn’t think about buying that day. I made this decision based off his recommendations and the test drive of the car. Great experience with Jose LaSalle yesterday! Took a long trip from Arlington, VA to Newark, DE to see an (almost) new Mazda3 Hatchback. Jose immediately welcomed us outside of the office and handled everything seamlessly. He was very informative during the test drive and had a few minor imperfections handled by the body shop (while we waited!). Most importantly, he was very professional and non-pressuring during price negotiations. Very pleased overall with my experience at Martin - would absolutely take the short trip again to buy from this dealer!

I’d love to say this experience was a fair awesome experience. We were welcomed by Alex and from the very first day he was extremely helpful, he gave awesome information and we’ve been back and forth and indecisive with getting a car, not getting a car and Alex was there every step of the way. When we stopped looking Alex continued to look and never stopped. We finally got around to purchasing the car and Alex was just awesome all the way around. Thanks again Alex we love our car.

This is my first car I have ever bought. The sales rep, Alex klob, met with me as soon as I arrived. He then led me inside and helped me find a car that matched my needs. He helped me through the sales process and into a used 2017 Jeep Cherokee which I love. The car works amazing and I couldn’t be happier.

The best part is after the sale I was contacted serval times to make sure that I was happy in the vehicle. They also made sure that I got a full tank of gas. Since the pump was closed the day I bought the car they worked with my work schedule to ensure I could come back and filled up two days later.

This was an amazing experience and I couldn’t be happier. I have heard horror stories of dealers trying to take advantage of new car owners and that couldn’t be further from what happened at Martin dealership.

Great customer service, streamlined experience. Ken Kazarian & Geno (apologies for forgetting his last name) handled my sale, were very attentive, answered all of my questions, facilitated my test drive, had no problem with me having a third-party mechanic check out the car before I bought it. They also didn't besiege me with attempts to upsell me on additional features, options, etc--they knew I wanted that car, and they just let me fall in love with it.

Special mention should also go to the Martin Pre-Owned Finance Dept (I apologize for forgetting the name of the fellow who handled my sale) for getting me a much better APR than what I was expecting.

Additional special mention should go to Marty Lustgarden, Martin's in-house insurance broker. Even though I was upgrading from an older car to one that was practically new, I'll end up paying the same in monthly insurance premiums (with two or three times the dollar value in coverage) because Marty shopped and found me the best insurance bundle (that covers my renters insurance as well), all while my other finance paperwork was being processed. In practical terms, this saves me about $70/month going forward. Great service!

I was very pleased with my purchase of a 2019 Kia Sportage. I really wanted a lower cost SUV and Ambar Martinez helped me find it. I like the way Martin Honda Used cars worked in allowing the customer to test drive cars. It was a pleasant experience overall.
