Medori Commercial Reality is shockingly good at what they do. We undertook a factory/warehouse search during the Covid-19 pandemic and Tony Medori could not have been more helpful. Not only was he able to provide substantially more vacant space options than the four or five other brokers we contacted, but he made a sincere effort to understand our modest needs, he stayed on top of the multi-week search, and provided us with extremely helpful local Wilmington knowledge (we're not from Wilmington so this service, in particular, was invaluable). When we made our selection, his colleague Valerie was not only super-efficient but also remarkably courteous and friendly. We executed contracts with the landlord over UPS deliveries of documents and took possession on the first day of Delaware's re-opening. In the decades we have worked with property brokers, Medori Commercial Reality is probably the best we've ever partnered with.

I was trying to contact thru calls and masseges many times during 10 days and there was no any answer. Only after continuous contacts he called me back and promissed to send an application via e-mail for starting the process. After that no e-mail was sent. All calls and text messeges was unanswered after that. Really dissapointed that I have ever applied to this person and company. Unprofessional way of business!!!
