There aren’t many Cinnabon stores left, so stopping at the one in the Delaware Welcome Center is a treat. Freshly made cinnamon buns first thing in the morning is the best!

Brutal cinnabon el que pude degustar en Delaware, camino de Washington. El local está dentro de un pequeño centro comercial donde hay mesas en el centro y diferentes opciones de comida rápida. Volviendo al rollo de canela, una pasada. Lo tomé con un buen café que yo mismo me serví. Es autoservicio, así te lo montas como quieres

The manager had a nasty attitude talking to people in a nasty tone. I asked the cashier not to give me the Cinnabon that was hard and dry looking soon as I went to the drinking fountain she was trying to close the upside-down box. I went to the car to eat and it was stale and hard I took it back and thank God there was a different cashier who looked overworked she was nice and to care of my unpleasant situation. Thank you Makeda

Cinnamonbon was not freshly prepared. It was sitting in the warmer for a while. **Suggest you order a fresh one and/or wait for one to be prepared. Noted for my next visit for sure! The staff was friendly.

Connabons we got were doughy...like they weren't quite done.

Got a 6 pack, that was more expensive than the store at the Christian’s location. The Cinnabons were terrible, I ate 1/2 of one, threw the rest out. Almost destroyed my love for Cinnabon. No matter how bad the reviews get, corporate won’t do anything f as long as they keep making money. Customer service and quality and pride in your product no longer exists.

Horrible. If you want burnt dried out disgusting cinnamon buns with hardly any icing, come here. Spent $12 on two Cinnabons that were totally inedible.

It’s 7:46am and I been here since 7am when they was supposed to open up and they’re still not open I asked the lady when will they open because they were supposed to open a 7am she said a few minutes with a whole attitude and that was 15 mins ago and they still aren’t open and it’s ridiculous and the janitor said she probably won’t open til 9am so they need to fire her and get someone who can open on time or change their opening time smh

I give this place ZERO stars. Went there today and stood by the register ready to order. I was the only customer there. The two ladies working completely ignored me because they were too busy playing with one of the staff members bracelet. When I told them I was ready to order the one staff member made an annoyed look and walked over to the register and didn’t even bother to make eye contact and continued to play with her bracelet while asking me what I wanted to order. When I told her.. she and the other lady continued on with a conversation once again completely ignoring me. I was sooo shocked . I felt like I was in a tv show where my patience was being tested. I told her I was ready to pay and they continued on with their conversation . I was mind blown and told them “never mind” and left . Worst experience everrrrr!

Stop by at 6h49Pm...the men mention by hand only ( sign language ) that is close...no word or explanation .

When you have someone doesn't want to be there...than why hire them ..

Cinnabon.corporation ..switch at vending robotic machine ...in this case, no workers ,mean better service , more sell , better reviews.
Or
Reward franchise with better service.
Take your name out of franchisees that don't care about improving your brand reputation.
Stop hiring peoples who are not belong to the service industry...

Refused to sell me a fresh 4 pack unless I paid the full price for 4 singles. If I wanted a 4 pack I had to accept the stale front of store pack on the shelf which they then heated up in the microwave. Very poor service from the cashier and the manager who enforced the decision.

Literally just came here with my spouse and watched the person making the Cinnabon with no gloves. I was disgusted. Worker was confronted about not working gloves and said he just washed his hands. During this pandemic not wearing gloves is not acceptable. I will wait until the mall location opens from now on and give them my money. Not safe to eat at this location!
