I have always had the best experience dealing with the staff at Brian's office. They are the most loving and thoughtful people. It's always a pleasure to speak with them on the phone or in person. As long as I continue to get this excellent service and cost I will continue to be a customer.

Excellent options, I had a complex estate planning request and he not only took the time to walk me through my options but had an attorney available for the finer details of the process. Not to mention his follow up email and .docs. Top tier service, I recommend no other!

I've been a client at State Farm since I got my driver's license at 17. A couple of years ago, I had an unpleasant experience with a claim. I decided to switch, but I couldn't beat the cost with any other insurance company. Now I'm glad I didn't switch. Recently over Christmas, I was shopping at Penney's and when I came out, my car had a big dent on the passenger side front door. I guess there was Divine Intervention, because the lady that hit my car had reported it to the New Castle County police, and a Police officer showed up at my house with the lady's name and phone number. Turns out she was also a State Farm client. I immediately went online and put in a claim. I jumped the gun, though and since I wasn't the responsible party, I was supposed to wait for her to make the claim. Later on, State Farm linked our claims and it worked out great! While I was online, I was able to choose a nearby body shop and make an appointment. I did have to make about three phone calls, but every time I did, the agents were kind, knowledgeable and very calm. A couple times I couldn't get through, but I was able to leave my phone number for a call back, and they did call back! I was also able to get a rental with the rental company picking me up at the body shop. When I picked up my repaired car, I was able to leave the rental at the body shop. Everything was paid for, the body shop was superb (Brandywine Body Shop), and the whole thing proceeded without a hitch. My agent, Brian Hartle, was also very kind and helpful in directing me to a couple procedures that otherwise I would not have known about. Brian is awesome and always answers the phone or returns my emails quickly. And last, apparently I have these lower rates because I have been a client for so long. It's nice to be rewarded for being a faithful client once in a while. Thanks, State Farm, for making an unpleasant job pleasant!

I switched to State Farm from Geico last summer, and I saved money on my multi-policy insurance. Brian Hartle came highly recommended from a friend (Wesley Gates, owner of JD Gates Exteriors in Newark, DE). The agency, and specifically Brian, has been very responsive and easy to work with. Provided documentation in a timely fashion, responded to texts and emails quickly, and provided quotes when needed. I highly recommend!

I absolutely love Brian's office and his staff! I had an hard time with my previous insurance company when i am trying to change my insurance plan, as i am traveling outside US. Then i got to know about this agent and when I called and explained the things they were able to suggest multiple plans based on my situation and they handled it so smoothly for me and rhe quote is also lower than my previous one. Brian, as well as his staff have been very professional in dealing with my policies. The staff here is Amazing! I’ve never had such a great experience purchasing insurance. I really love this agency , sometimes I text Brian Hartle in the middle of the night for any question or request and first time in the morning he replies ,, he is awesome and Marlana as well. Brian Hartle and his staff are great. Often, when you have to contact your insurance agent you are already stressed. I have always found them to be responsive, caring, understanding, and helpful. Whatever your need is they will figure it out. Also, I like how Brian takes the time to explain your insurance overages and compares them to your needs making sure that you are not buying more then you need and that you have the coverage that is right for you.

We are second generation customers to this particular SF agent (and his predecessor). My kids, now of driving age, will be the third. Brian and team handles our auto, home, life and other policies. They are easy to reach, responsive, always friendly, and have kept an eye on our changing conditions so that our coverage makes sense for our current and future needs. To date, SF has not given me a reason to cross-shop with other providers. And quite frankly, that's the best thing that can be said about insurance providers; one less thing I need to worry about micro-managing. That alone is worth it to let it ride.
