Honor Coffee

Not the best cappuccino but the service, novel desserts with local bakers make up for it. The server toasted my matcha croissant, and because mochi dries out quickly, the rest of the toppings were assembled per order.

I keep meaning to write about them. I have been here a few times and I really like it. They have a good selection of food. I tried something to eat for the first time today so can't really comment on the rest of the stuff but the matcha croissant is delicious. I have tried a few of their lattes and I like every single one of them! The staff is super friendly! There is ton of space to sit and the place has a really nice ambience in general. Please come and support this business!

Discovered this hidden gem in Bellevue across the street from The Shops at the Bravern. They make one of the best, if not the best, Portuguese Egg Tart that I have ever tasted with the perfect ratio of crust to filling. The crust was thick, super flaky and crisp. The egg custard was absolutely gorgeous, light and silky, not overly sweet with nice caramelization. They also serve a brilliant Cortado, nicely balanced with a long finish, that pairs wonderfully with the sweet, richness of the egg custard. Service is very friendly and welcoming. Highly, highly recommend.

UPDATE: Picked up another Cortado and Portuguese Egg Tart the next day just before my drive back to Vancouver. Could not resist the temptation.

Excellent Americano, excellent drip coffee. They had a decent selection of milk alternatives including oat milk and hemp milk. The kid's temperature oat milk latte was a hit. Great selection of pastries and also a handful of Costco snack items including peanuts, almonds, protein bars, etc. Plenty of indoor seating and some nice outdoor spaces as well.

Its a great little coffee shop and a great alternative to starbucks with a little asian flair. The store designs minimalist and clean. I got the latte and egg tart. Egg tart was delicious and has the perfect sweetness with smooth, creamy, and milky custard. The pastry shell was also fluffy enough.

Suchh a cute coffee shop! The baristas were so sweet and the environment is quite relaxing, especially the outdoor seating. The coffee was good, and the Matcha Danish was super flavorful!

Super cozy atmosphere with Japanese themed bakery items. Honor Coffee also has some unique falvored drinks. I most recently enjoyed their lavender rose matcha latte.

Everyone here is really friendly. The staff is super chill and the coffee is great. They're constantly adding new stuff to their menu. The vibe is good and the music is lowkey so it's also a nice place to do some work. When it's nice, sit outside on the patio and enjoy the sun! The apartments next door are also super nice with a friendly staff and the Japanese restaurant next door is delicious. Overall it's awesome.

favorite coffee shop! always calm inside with lots of seating and sometimes games lying around. great place for first dates or studying. they don’t have the option for non-caffeinated iced tea but they have fruit refreshers instead if ur allergic to caffeine like me.

Very nice coffee spot. Nothing special. It's conveniently located. Good design. Good name. I like it!!! Special items? Special brews? Special coffee beans? No idea. Same stuff as any other Starbucks. Nothing stands out about it. No unique value or business differentiation that I could see. But yeah, good.

I love your doppio espresso with warm almond milk in a proper sized paper espresso cup.
You give a pretty gift bag for my purchases from a kiosk and this is a nice touch.

This is a great coffee shop. the employees are great and there is plenty of seating. They do close a little early if you're trying to get some homework done. But they are very polite about it. Also the parking right in front is free for 20 min. So thats sweet!

Excellent, straightforward coffee and tea drinks and Asian pastries. This space is tucked inside a courtyard of sorts, surrounded by high rises on all sides.

I'd echo what others are saying: the location is very clean and bright. A friend and I had some excellent cold brew here the other day and we will certainly be back! Prices were comparable to Starbucks - very reasonable.

Honor coffee is my absolute favorite coffee shop in Bellevue! Their prices are comparable to starbucks' but the quality of their coffee is way better. The baristas are very friendly and they always make sure that they make your coffee just the way you want it. On top of that, they clearly put a lot effort into managing the shop and maintaining its cleaness. Overall, just a wonderful coffee place. I would say, though, if you are looking for a place to study, you can probably find another place with brighter lighting since Honor keeps their lights pretty dim.
