I enjoy working with SalesinUSA. They pay great attention to details and are very proactive. They are also very accommodating to my requests for things like special packaging, urgent requests, taking photos of my products for ungating, etc. Would recommend their service to anyone.

They are great at communicating with clients, my account manager is always on top of any issues that arise. Never had any problems with fulfillment of my orders, they ship out within the same day. No complaints. (5 stars)

We have been with Sales in USA for a while now. Their service is amazing! They are always available to listen and help, they are accurate and speedy with despatch and they are willing to work with us flexibly. I know from experience that its hard to find a fulfilment centre that can be trusted with your business and as such I highly recommend them.

We are working with SalesInUsa for over a year now and are very satisfied with their service. As a German company we need a reliable partner in the USA for shipping our products. Our products are on Amazon and in our web shop. Both is working very well. We never had any complaint from any customer about the shipping.

Another great advantage for us is shipping from Delaware, because it avoids taxes and tax declarations, which we would have to do by using FBA or other services.

I just want to say Svetlana from SalesinUSA has helped me out since the beginning. I believe she is one of he founders of the company and never hesitated to brush me off to someone else. She took the time to inspect and answer all of my questions. I had one bottle leak, and she even helped me clean it off so it can be sold. There's a few fulfillment companies out there, but I suggest SalesinUSA as they try to take care of the customer faster than their competitors.

Good customer service department, innocent business has been targeted by fraud by an individual using their location as a delivery address to steal from ebay sellers. Had a good phone call with very professional managers about the issue. Hopefully the issue has been resolved!

I have been doing e-commerce fulfilment with SalesinUSA since 2020 and have mostly positive experience. The fact that they provide free integration with my shopping platforms allows me to focus on sales and marketing. It is a very straightforward system to use. Glitches do happen sometimes, but their support team is top notch.

Those one star reviews are all true. At least 15% of the packages are lost even though the tracking shows they are received by employees that work there. They will not take any responsibility or reimburse the lost items instead they just blame UPS and ask yourself to file claims with UPS. There are 5 star reviews only because the company asked the clients to write 5 star reviews for them and give some money back from the handling fee. The $20 is worth lying about the experience. And also be careful about hidden fees that are not listed on the pricing.

Fraudulent international freight forwarder, files claims that package didn't arrive, gets a refund, keeps packages and then sends them to their international clients for a double payout. FRAUD! BEWARE!

Account manager strings you along for a couple weeks then says the work cant be done because we havent got the shipment when tracking says its been delivered and signed for. Wont be using these lot again.

Avoid using them for your prep . They will lose at least 2 every 10 packages you send to them .

EBAY SCAMMERS! Do not ship anything here. They will try to scam you by saying the item is defective then send a fake item back. BEWARE!
