Grateful Bread

Really great bakery/cafe with so much variety. Everything we had was delicious and we especially liked the cinnamon scones - maybe the best scone I’ve ever tasted. Chocolate chip cookie exceeded expectations too. Croissants are big and had a solid crumb. Looking fwd to going back.

Great pastries and coffee. Kids and adults loved the cookies. I recommend the chocolate chocolate chip cookie with mint icing for a real treat.

Shop is warm and welcoming. Staff at the register seemed new and were apologetic for taking extra time.

Best bakery in Snohomish/King county. Everything you try you love. There’s no way to pick a favorite pastry or bread. The wheat bread is a meal in its own it’s so good! I have shopped here for 3 years now and I am a customer for life.

The line is a little slow, but the atmosphere is so fun, and the pastries are super delicious, in an Old World style. Be sure you try the cinnamon roll!

Amazing bread, sandwiches and cinnamon rolls! OMG! Just be patient there is always a line (rightfully so)…but it’s worth the wait!

I went yesterday at 8 am and got the croissants and raspberry scone. They are to die for! The scone is one of the best scones I have ever had, and the croissants were huge and fresh too. The service was spot on and Mike the cashier was professional, direct, and very friendly. Hands down my favorite bakery. And their beverage menu is great. Seating is exceptional as well. I highly recommend this establishment. 👌

Wow! Very impressed with this bakery. After living in Europe for two years and being surrounded by amazing bakeries there, we thought coming back to the USA (or small town Duvall) we'd be leaving fresh and delicious bakery goods behind. Not so with Grateful Bread! We were attended to by friendly and knowledge staff. The baked goods are beyond anything we tried in Europe (this is saying something because we love our baked goods.) Their sourdough is top-notch, pastries are delicious, and the prices are fair. Definitely will be returning regularly. Oh, and you have to get there early!!

Culinary Arts schools should study how they make pastries and pies here in culinary school. Truly a blessing and very grateful for their bread!

I forgot to take a picture of the full glory of my raspberry scone, so you'll have to deal with an up close of what's left.. It was delicious from the smell alone that I couldn't help myself! I'd like to note that this place makes everything from scratch which is hard to find these days. The scone in particular has an amazing crumb, but not so much so that you lose it all onto your plate. Also, you can taste the freshness of the raspberry puree and the nice crunch from the seeds. Staff is kind and gave me a warm welcome.

I actually so appreciate a lo al bakery that offers so much goodness. We love it. It would be food for the website and maybe on the outside to have a sign stating when deli closes, today I was lucky to get my order in just before 2:30pm, but I witnesses two costumers who came in within 7 minutes who were told the deli was closed. The sign is very clearly on the inside right below the menu, but I am not sure that from the outside you would know that. Parking nearby can be brutal, so on behalf of all those who have pain, please make that deadline more clear. Thanks!

I love this place. First it's comfortable -- a nice wood natural interior with lots of seating. Next: delicious Americano and toasted crispy chocolate croissants. It's a gem and a great alternative to cafes made from concrete and steel.

Well-made quality sandwiches. Best club I've had in a while. It doesn't come with toasted bread, so I'll have to make a mental note of that next time. The staff is super friendly and helpful, especially the blonde dude. Outdoor seating is great this time of year, too.

A favorite spot in Duval. Great bread as well as bakery items, scones, cookies, Danish, etc. We had a delicious chicken salad sandwich on sourdough, which I will order next time there. Also fabulous coffee.

The best cafe between Duvall and carnation! Excellent coffee, amazing breakfast and brunch options—the biscuit and all their pastries are delicious! So good. Definitely my choice location for brunch over weekends. Everyone who works there is always SO kind and welcoming. Love love love. I’m picking up a batch of biscuits to bring to a potluck style brunch today—so excited to share with friends.

Great quality breads, sandwiches, and sweets. Great for a chill lunch with a great atmosphere and some delicious coffee.

Quite a gem. Fresh baked bread, great soups, and the best sandwiches!! They also have super delicious pastry and cookies. I love this place!
