If you’re an Apple fan, this is the store for you. I love the vision I love the size and structure of the store. The products that are being displayed, the customer service that they gave me. Will definitely be back next time when I’m in Bellevue. Staff was able to answer hard questions. Staff is well knowledgeable and friendly and they know they’re Apple products in and out. Thanks Apple and great visit!

Wow. All I can say is if you walk into this store work with Safi. This guy has the best customer service skills I’ve ever dealt with and he truly cares about every person he helps. I truly believe this young man could be a game changer in Apple at higher levels such as management. Not only will I buy all of my apple products from this store but I will make sure to request Safi. You guys hired a good!!

We went to the Apple 🍎 store to replace our 6 year old iMac. We were looking to go with an updated version & also a new MacBook. We were fortunate enough in that an aspiring young sales person, Jad, said we could probably get the same functionality with a Studio Display & a MacAir with a BookArc Flex, similar to a docking station. It actually did satisfy our functionality needs quite well. Now we can take our MacAir with us when we travel & use our great graphics display with enhanced Magic keyboard & Magic trackpad when we're home!

I was very impressed with the excellent customer support I received from Bee and Maria today.
Especially since I had stopped in the store to return an iPhone, not buy one. Either way, they went " beyond the call of duty" to meet my request with a gracious and positive attitude. Bee is a very bright person who spent a lot of time troubleshooting my return issues until they were finally resolved. He never made me feel rushed or unappreciated. Now I know why so many people love doing business with Apple ! A great experience all-around.

Came to the store since our iPhone was stuck trying to update for almost 3 hours. As soon as we walked into the store, we were assisted, and she was able to restart the phone and run the update. The next tech appointment was in 3 hours, and she was able to assist us. While waiting, we were joined a make your own emoji workshop, and our daughter had fun. Thank you again.

Only a short wait until I was greeted. After explaining the type of assistance I needed, I was immediately directed to see Nema (sp?), who finished with another customer in a few minutes. His customer service was exceptionally good! He was very courteous and personable while clearly guiding me through steps to start up my new iPad. I especially appreciated his understanding and patience. Lucky me!

I had a black screen during a trip. They fixed (for free) the problem on my iPad and saved me a lot of money. I almost bought a new one... The people working there are amazing! I am just kicking myself for not remembering the name of the assistant who helped me...

Went to get a battery replacement on my iPhone 12 Pro Max. With an appointment scheduled everything went smoothly. $89 plus tax and my phone feels like new.

It's an outstanding place where you can touch & feel most of the Apple products.The people there are very friendly and are in a position to suggest products based on our requirements.

Keith was incredibly helpful as I asked questions about laptops for video editing and the specs of various MacBooks. His knowledge on filmmaking clarified which options would be best for me and made the process of choosing a laptop less intimidating. When we picked up our order the following day, Angelica at store pickup made our experience seamless.

I don't own many Apple products so was a little intimidated to go to an Apple store to get a gift for a family member. The employees there were super helpful and made the experience easy and hassle free. I can see why many people use Apple products.

Amazing place and good atmosphere. I wish there are more shop options though. It has been less fun since Microsoft store and Amazon book store both closed down

Great service I was able to do trade in, transfer all my data and activate my new phone in less than 45 minutes , Super happy !

Sahran helped me quickly with a walk in appointment to fix my wife’s phone. It took about 20 minutes start to finish to replace the phone under AppleCare. I was expecting at least at hour. Thank you so much!

Ordered watch online. Went in, person directed me to the station to pick up online orders, got it and left. Spent a total of like 8 minutes there. Solid service.

Stepped in today to solve a complicated exchange after visiting the Apple Store twice and calling Apple Support twice, but Robert listened to my problem and immediately got the exchanged processed. Very grateful for the outstanding customer service!

Whatever’s these ⭐ folks are yapping about, I didn’t experience. I shows up at the allotted Genius time slot and had to wait less than 5 minutes. They diagnosed the problem and were able to arrange a solution in under 10 minutes.

Had to drive 2.5 hours to get my little girls new iPad replaced...apple employee Brandon went above and beyond to help us reset it and update it....never leave reviews but this guy definitely deserves a 5 star review....look for Brandon with the beanie...he knows what ges doing there, appreciate it

This is a great Apple Store. It’s a little hard to find it in the mall. But they have everything in stock and plenty of room for everyone to try Apple products before buying. Highly recommend.

I just wanted to give a big thank you to Quentin. He went above and beyond to think critically and resolve the issue I came in with. I am honestly so thankful for his help today.
