Dr. Joos and his team are amazing. Up until a month or so ago, I had no real peripheral vision, which is kind of important if you ride bikes, drive cars, etc.

He and his team took care of all of the insurance stuff on the back end, and the level of care, professionalism, and skill exhibited on the front end was simply outstanding.

They made the whole process easier -- and more pleasant -- than any visit to the dentist I've had.

He (Dr. Joos) even called me personally from time to time to check in on my recovery process. I didn't think doctors did that anymore.

Just a truly pleasant journey and a really amazing outcome.

I've been to 5 different doctors and the ER, none of them helped regarding an on going (6 months) eye problem which was getting worse. I look up the specific surgery and Marina Park Plastic Surgery listed it on their website. I not only was I taken seriously but I had more answers than the visits to the other doctors and hospital. (Turns out it was a different eye problem.)

I had DCR surgery for a blocked tear duct. Dr. Joos did a fantastic job. I had no pain after surgery and the scar was barely noticeable. Dr. Joos is a skilled surgeon, so if you are considering having a procedure done you can be confident that you’re in good hands with him!

Dr.Joos and staff are the most caring professionals, I have came across in a long time . Top notch surgeon and great guy, the care team, their energy flowed so nicely A-Z.
The eye to eye contact, communication great bedside manner was on point, also the communication via email or phone call to address concerns, general questions are always addressed and answered and a positive timely manner.
My friend is very anxious and impatient ( she admits that) had a procedure on her eyelids. There was a concern it was not healing properly or fast enough. Dr Joos and Danielle address the concerns via email over the weekend , It was refreshing to see a doctor care enough to give her peace of mind to fit her in on short notice, she is in elderly age group. Doing the procedure was like Christmas to her, giving her back her confidence to navigate in her home safely and throughout her daily tasks. As the healing continues so will our recommendations be shared with family and friends!

Very kind and caring staff overall. I have seen Michelle the PA-C that works with Dr. Joos on multiple occasions and she is simply the best. I had BBL ( broad band light) to help with rosacea. Not only did that improve my redness, but its overall appearance has been refreshed as well. Even my sister noticed and said I look years younger. Michelle also added a bit of filler to my lips making them look natural yet hydrated which is exactly what I was looking for. Not only is she a great cosmetic dermatologist provider, she is a kind and fun person to be around. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for non-invasive options.

I had overall a great experience here. The clinic is well maintained and very clean. It was my first time doing any cosmetic surgery. I didn't feel pressured into doing it and they didn't try to push other things/procedures onto me. I was interested in having some botox done and was able to do it in my consultation appointment which was super convenient. The day of surgery I was so nervous, but Dr. Joos and Danielle's friendly, down-to-earth attitudes both helped ease my anxiety. Dr. Joos did a beautiful job with my eyes - I got a bilateral lower lid blepharoplasty wth fat repositioning. Highly recommend 👍

I was referred to Dr. Joos by another facial surgeon. Issue was a small growth really close to my right eye that two other facial doc's were not comfortable removing. Dr. Joos removed it and it has healed completely without any scarring. In addition to being a super-competent surgeon with a very steady hand, he seems to be a all-around good person. Good office experience, 5 Stars with absolutely no reservations.

What a fantastic experience! We were referred to Dr. Joos to help with a vascular growth on my eight year old son’s eyelid after a few other doctors were not willing to help due to my son’s age. We were expecting just a consultation, but after Dr. Joos examined my son’s eyelid he offered to remove it right then and there! We were so grateful not to have to come back for another appointment or possibly have to have the procedure done at the hospital. My son was very nervous, but Dr. Joos was extremely patient with us and gave us time for my son to relax. He also helped ease my son's nerves with jokes and fun conversation.
The actual procedure was quick and easy but it was done with very high precision. You don’t come across doctors like this very often and I am so grateful my son was in his care.

I will most certainly return to Dr. Joos and will recommend him to my friends. I am a burn patient with continually changing scar bands and skin elasticity, particularly around my right eye socket. Dr. Joos did an expert job correcting my eyelid geometry so it would once again properly smear tears over the eyeball.

From the day that I made contact with his office, Eileen, the Practice Administrator, welcomed me and took care of me. I felt at ease going through the whole process. Dr. Zachary Joos addressed all my concerns before he began working on my upper eyelid. He helped me reduce my anxiety by making small talk during the procedure. Before I knew it my upper eyelid was stitched up and I was ready to go home. My eye chalazion is now gone and my eye looks untouched. I can now smile again when I look in the mirror. From my first conversation with Eileen to schedule my appointment, I knew I would be in good hands with Dr. Joos and the team at Marina Park. The surgery went great, Dr. Joos was efficient and professional, but he also has a great sense of humor and made me feel instantly at ease before & during my surgery. I saw Dr. Joos for excessive tearing and repeated eye infections, which was an unfortunate side effect from recent cancer treatment. Dr. Joos is very professional and precise in both his diagnosis and surgery performed. I found his thoroughness and willingness to answer questions unequal to his peers whom I went to first and choose him over any of them.
I had partial loss of the scope of my vision. He reattached the eye brows and removed excess skin on the eye lids and this restored my peripheral vision as well as enabling me to see more clearly at night.
