We stopped by to pick up bikes for the entire family. Erik was a joy to work with. He sized us up one by one for the perfect fit for the bikes. We picked up bikes, comfortable seats, helmets, and camel back. During our visit a wide variety of customers dropped by to get their bikes services or grab equipment before hitting the trails. They have mountain and gravel bikes available.

The store is on the Main Street downtown and parking is limited. There is plenty of parking surrounding the area making it easy to walk to. Bikes can also be traded in or donated here.

We look forward to exploring the many local bike trails.

I’ve been coming here for five years now and the customer service has always been 5-star. These guys are great. They can fix anything I bring through the door, they’re up to speed on all the new trail developments, very involved in the local community, and have an awesome kids bike give away for local schools. One of my favorite local businesses in the entire valley!

Singletrack Cycles is an outstanding bike rental location. They went above and beyond and made our trip possible. We called so many bike shops for rentals but this place was able to provide us amazing bike at great prices. The staff was super helpful and kind. Our mountain biking/ backpacking trip took longer than we thought and the staff worked with us as we returned our bikes after hours. The owner stayed and was there to greet us as we returned the bikes later than expected. (After store hours) The whole time he was kind and enthusiastic about our trip. Great local folks that know the people here. Good spot that has your emergency needs when riding out here. Solid selection of bikes and good service. We get our bikes tuned here and they do a good job for a good price. Purchased multiple bikes and they take care of you. They register the bike for you both with the manufacturer as well as a national registry.

The staff took time to find shoes in my size and really listened to what I was looking for in a mountain biking shoe. Also, when I mentioned my new dropper post wasn't much different from my old one (new one bought and installed by Singletrack as a Christmas gift from my husband), the guy told me to bring my bike in and he would adjust it, which he did very quickly. This made a huge difference in my ride later that day, my ability to get a full rotation and feel more comfortable on my bike. Thank you Singletrack! You will keep getting our business and we'll keep referring our friends to you too!

As a novice, I didn't really know anything. They walked me through everything, fitted me for the correct size bike, and gave useful tips on setting it up. In the end not only did they have the exact bike I wanted in stock, but it was on sale! They even gave me a free water bottle! Great experience!

Brought my bikes in at 9 am for service and was completed by 1pm that day! My interactions with all the employees were wonderful. They were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. I'm new to the area, and they gave me great tips on places and trails to take my road bike. Would 10 out of 10 recommend!

Service is amazing. The team is great one the phone , the online system for making reservations works really well. I especially like that i can add it to my calendar and it reminds me. I like the text notifications. The team is great to deal with, they really know there stuff and they get it done fast and correctly. I have had quite a lot of service done and trust them completly. Singletrack Cycles is a fantastic shop. From the knowledge and skills of the mechanics, to the quality components and manufacturers they carry, stoked to have them as my LBS. Finally had a NBD, and they were amazing with the entire process. Stoked to get out on the trails with the new whip!

Dropped off my bike to get an annual service done. Figured I would need to “complete” one but the mechanic inspected my bike and saved me money by doing the “annual refresh” and spot checking stuff that needed maintenance. Saved a bunch on that part alone. Got my bike back and it rides like a new one again!

Super stoked with the team of mechanics at Singletrack. They are skilled, knowledgeable, and do what’s in the best interest of the customer.

Very knowledgeable and friendly staff, easy to talk to and no pressure. Listened to my needs and put together a really nice package for me. They also offer group rides whether you’re a beginner or an expert looking for some new biking friends.

Singletrack Cycles has a great selection of bike accessories, my favorite bike brand, and knowledgeable and friendly staff. Love how the staff knows all of the local trails and can recommend which ones to checkouts based on skill level. My neighbor and I drove from Redmond to North Bend to pickup a bike and accessories this week. Cable stretch? No prob they will do a free tuneup within a month of getting the new bike. Super easy to order the bike. Looking forward to our next trip to pickup another bike that is on back order.

The team at Single Track in knowledgable and their mechanics are top notch.
I recently got a new rear tire and tubeless conversion gear. They got me squared away over the phone, gave me excellent advise on which tire to get, and the equipment needed to do the work. When I picked up my order they took the time to walk me through the process of converting my tires to tubeless.

Recently had my bike serviced at Single Track. As always the team was welcoming and took care of my creaking bottom bracket. Being able to schedule the service was very convenient.

Great shop & staff. I do most of my own work, and their staff can easily handle the complicated repairs that I don't do myself, such as suspension rebuilds. Very supportive of the local cycling community as well. I definitely recommend them highly.

These guys are great. the young clerk spent 20 minutes helping me set up a used bike that i picked up from a friend. he was very knowledgeable. this shop has always treated me well, and makes very little money from the few parts that I bought to do the work myself.

I like everything about the service specifically and many of the products at SingleTrack. They are consistently helpful with all bikes whether I bought them there (2) or bring a friends in. The shop is well managed, employees are thoughtful, skilled and considerate. Oh, and they carry Salsa.
