Pat's Pizza & Pasta

Food is great. Not over crowded on Friday's where you have to wait 30 or minutes to sit down with family and friends. [I had a dinner of 8 people and one child.]

After we ordered our food was served in about 15-20 minutes after the order.

The men and women who work at Pat's are awesome and professional with customer service and character.

I had an absolutely fantastic experience with the pizza place when I accidentally ordered the wrong pizza and requested a refund for a new one. Their customer service was top-notch. They were incredibly understanding and accommodating, immediately agreeing to process the refund for the incorrect order and help me order the right one. The entire process was smooth, and they made sure I received the pizza I really it. I could be pleased with their service.

I ordered the chicken gyro meal and it tasted so good! The chicken was seasoned and cooked well. This location always has excellent customer service, too!

It's a local pizza shop with reasonable lunch specials & daily specials. Stopped here with my mother for a satisfying noon-day meal

Their pizza is very tasty and very consistent. Consistency seems to be missing from a lot of pizza places lately. They are extremely fast at preparing the food as well. I highly recommend this location.

Usually come here for lunch frequently to get in and out for a sit down place. Lunch specials are fair and the food is on point. Chicken ceasar salads are pretty big so you only need the regular a large can feed two. All of the wraps are good especially the chicken ceasar and chicken cheesesteak. Can't go wrong with any of the daily specials.

Quick and friendly service, online orders always ready on time and correct, tasty food for a good cost. Have ordered from here for personal meals and catered occasions, good experiences all around. Dining room is usually clean and tidy, too.

Ordered 2 cheesesteaks and a pizza for the family yesterday. The food was delicious and the rolls for the steaks were unbelievably fresh. The best part was when I signed for my order and took the food (it was delivery to my home), the driver, Daniel, said “oh wait” and when I turned to my front door, he opened it for me. Never have I ever had a delivery driver be so kind. Thank you Daniel, you were raised right! 😁

Quality food at reasonable prices is what I get every time we order from Pat's. The menu has something for everyone. I usually get a stromboli which is big enough for three people and the carrot cake. I am a HUGE carrot cake fan and while they don't make their own the quality is still second to none. If you eat at the restaurant the first thing you'll notice is the decor which is pretty classy for a neighborhood pizza joint. The staff are very friendly and the place is always clean. This place is definitely worth a visit and you'll be hooked.

I give it up to them because man they put there work in no matter how busy it is my food is always fresh and quality. Wait time none, food amazing.

My mom and I have started making it a "tradition" that each time I come visit her in DE we get the medium pizza with 2 toppings special. Can't beat it! Great deal and DELICIOUS pizza! Always friendly service and fresh hot pizza. This is one of the best locations in Delaware.

I go once a week and the pizza is constantly the same. Good and hot, not expensive. The did go up on their prices but with Covid what prices are the same anymore. The breaded chicken wings are sooo good but get enough because you won't want to share.

Pat"a Pizzeria on Basin Road in New Castle is the absolute best in customer service and in the preparation of the food. The Restaurant is always clean. It's a pleasure to be a regular. Great Job to the management team of this Pat's Pizzeria! You are all a step above the rest, which make this particular Pat's Pizzeria the absolute very best!!! Thank you.

I ordered a veggie pizza today and it was very tasty. And prices were also very nominal.
I’m a fan of Papa John’s pizza, these guys are in par.
Had a delightful dinner tonight.
Nice place to try veggie pizza.

Been living for 30 years away from the east coast...but my first stop whenever I'm back in town is always Pats. I could tell you that they have great pizza, great subs (that Italian sub is hands down the best you'll get anywhere) but look, if you want a philly cheese steak....don't be fooled by bigger sizes, more Italian sounding names and other claims to fame.....the best cheese steak is at Pats. The roll, the meat.....you know it's the taste! Sure there are others, but they don't TASTE like this! First time back in almost 10 years.....had two others due to meeting Poole elswhere.....none compared to Pats. Good service, good food, great people.....nothing better. Highly recommend!

This was my second time here, the food is exceptional and customer services was excellent! I ordered a slice and a chicken caesar salad and the young lady Carlee who took my order helped make my decision of the 5 stars. Thank You! Great Service and Food.

Left Tennessee on Tuesday could not wait to get my pizza steak from Pat's just as good as I always remember and I will be back to get another one

Favorite wings I've ever had. Originally from Delaware. Been eating Pat's since I was a kid. Every time we drive back to visit family we HAVE to go to Pat's!

I bought a ham & cheese sub and it was WONDERFUL!!!! The roll was the best I have ever had, everything was fresh and I will recommend it to everyone. Great service too.
