As I came in the front door, I was greeted; walked up to reception and was signed in right away
Nurse brought me back to exam room within 5 minutes
Dr Chan came to the exam room in about 8 minutes - I was and am aware of hor busy this office is - plus, this appt was my good luck when someone changed their time - it was an early appt and the only one all day - all of this is to say Dr Chan was very bz yet...she stayed with me after my exam and issue discussed, until every question I had was answered - I was/am impressed. She was not rushed; she was thorough and patient with me. Thank you Dr Chan and Overlake staff
