I'm thankful that Kitsap Tire was able to get me in so quickly when my tire was losing pressure. I'd been dealing with a slow leak for awhile and thought I might need to replace the tire. Jeff was kind enough to talk me through all my options before I brought the car in. Thankfully he was able to repair the tire, which was leaking because of a nail. I appreciate the quality work and great customer service. I'll definitely be back when it's time to replace my tires.

After trying a National and a regional tire center in town to see if they could fix a leak in my riding lawnmower tire, without any luck, I stopped at Kitsap tire and they had absolutely no problem doing the repair!!! I appreciate the fact that they were honest with me and willing to take on a small repair like mine as a walk-in on a busy afternoon.
Kitsap tire earned my business today and I will be back with all of my automotive needs in the future! We are lucky to have this business in town to rely on while others seem to only be interested in making money these days. Kitsap Tire is the real deal.

I had a very positive experience here. To make a long story short, I had some issues with tire pressure which caused my low pressure warning to trigger. It seemed like a couple tires were losing air. I scheduled at Kitsap Tire & Automotive and the soonest I could get in was the next day, but they let me keep it there until the appointment. Jeff got to it that day and figured out what happened. The tires were tested and found to be fine, it may have been one of the air compressors I was using to fill it which dropped the pressure. I wasn't charged at all for testing the tires and refilling them, and Jeff was really nice about it. I come out to this area a lot, and for sure will keep this place in mind if I need anything ^_^ thank you so much!

Good quick service. Their parrot will entertain you while you wait. Just dont go gettin' friendly with the parrot, because hes a parrot. They bite.

These guys were amazing I walked in at about 3 no appointment or notice after being refused from 2 other places for a simple flat repair for a bolt in my tire. Although being extremely busy, overworked and exhausted from a long day they did not turn me away I waited maybe 20-30 minutes and it was done I am so thankful for this independent business and the lenghts they go to to help people in need. Not only that but they had also helped another walk in before me with a battery. Thank you Kitsap Tire for being kind and hard working people without anything to gain a company you can trust!

I got a flat tire and called 5-6 places trying to find my tire size in stock before I found Kitsap Tire, they got my tire ordered and it came overnight!
I called other places where they told me it wouldn’t come for 5-7 days/were booked out with appointments and didn’t really offer much help. Jeff was super helpful and the service here was great, would definitely come back! Thanks guys!

I needed a new rear tire in a hurry. I had both rear tires replaced & had the oil changed. Fast, thorough, informed, & professional service. I will definitely return for more repair needs!

These guys stayed after closing to time to help me put a new tire on my rim and even balanced it too! They made it possible for me to make it out to the UW Tacoma campus in time for my first day of school. I went back to have them put the other new tire on, rotate my tires and check if my donut tire was in good shape and they were able to do the job immediately. The total bill was extremely affordable and the guys were very kind. They even have a real, exotic bird!!! 💯🔥

Great service any time I need to go. Get my oil changed here also. No upcharge and no sales pitch unless you really need something fixed or replaced unlike the place down the hill from them

This shop gets that cars are expensive and they put great effort into getting your the service and products your need in a way that makes financial senses. Multiple times I've left the shop having spent less than i though it I would because this or that turned out not too be necessary, or i can wait another 10k miles if I'd like. They have earned my trust.

Love everyone there! My car was making an interesting noise, they diagnosed her for free while I stacked a little bit of cash to get the repair made. Great customer service, honest, fast, and such good prices as well. Brandon was amazing, and have had similar experiences in the past with both Jeff and Isaac. Hands down would recommend this place to everyone in the area!

I'm a single older woman, and I live in Gig Harbor, but I drive up to Poulsbo to have my car maintenance and repairs done by these guys because their trustworthiness and skill make it worth it. How much do I trust them? When I had to go to the dealership for my auto's make to have my recalled airbag replaced, they gave me a long list of needed repairs even though I hadn't asked them to check things over. I took the list to Kitsap Tire and asked them to check everything on the list to see what really needed to be done. After a careful inspection, they handed the list back to me and said, "There is absolutely nothing wrong with your car". It didn't surprise me in the least for them to be honest, because that's just who they are. They are exceptional in every regard, and they have earned my loyalty as a customer time and time again.

Excellent service and feedback. I had a tire out of balance. Price was excellent also. I wish they had more staff for tire and alignment.

These guys are always good to me. I looked for a long time for a mechanic that wouldn't take advantage of or talk down to me and I'm so happy I found these guys!

They had just about the best deal on the tires I wanted, but more importantly their service was exceptionally helpful and efficient. I went back a few months later with an issue I'd had with one of my rims for ages and they just said, "lets have a look" and 15 minutes later they had fixed it, no charge. Love having such a great local shop.
