Love this place gone there 2 and each time food was amazing. Service was awesome prices were so good and plates were filled cheap $$$$$ for amazing food and service you must try. I’m gonna let everyone know this is a fabulous spot to go to. It’s like a little dinner 🥘 food is so good you must go try it out. Tell everyone u know take friends family but u gotta try. Five star ⭐

Wow. Great food and our waiter gave us the best first impression. We will definitely be coming back. We have family in town and didn’t have enough eggs to make breakfast in house so we decided to eat out this morning. So happy we did. The Montana is a must. We got a large and split it amongst 3 people. There was still enough to bring home. Come hungry. We got in around 9:30am food was ready by 9:42am(kudos to the chefs). 12th Ave Cafe thank you for the experience

Big props for the staff, very friendly and welcoming! The food is so tasty and the leftovers are even better next day. The price is reasonable and I feel like coming back

This little baby cafe can sure pack a TON of ppl inside. They have really yummy food, especially specials! Loving their Raspberry Cream French Toast! Super tasty!!!

What an awesome spot for some delicious brunch at very reasonable prices! Would totally recommend having a Montana, paired with something sweet. The lemon ricotta pancakes were jaw droppingly delicious and if you have a chance to have them, don't hesitate

We have loved this restaurant for many years. Started coming for lunch and breakfast when we had appts in Issaquah. We live in Renton so we were looking for a great new spot. Lately both my husband and brother have been coming with me to enjoy some of our favorites. KJR is the sweetest most kind and attentive server extraordinaire. Everyone who works here are cheerful and welcoming. The atmosphere is very diner like with booths, tables and counter service. The menu is quite large with daily specials and breakfast served all day. The food is good old American food cooked the way you like it. They serve the best frozen style strawberry and raspberry jam to accompany toast, pancakes or anything it goes with. It can get quite busy during peak times and there is sometimes a wait list but if you come during the week especially, usually seated right away.

I am so sad that I did not find this place sooner. This is bar none, the best diner I've ever been to. Calling it a diner does it shame, though. Cafe doesn't capture its depth.

Our eyes were definitely bigger than our stomachs. Not only do they give wonderfully large portions, but every bite is delicious, even rewarmed at a later date.

First, you go to a strip mall, and upon entering you step into a clean diner with none of the greasy diner smell. There are two large tvs playing baby animal videos.

The staff was so friendly and chill and intuitive. We weren't checked on too much, but they knew when when needed something.

We ordered traditional eggs benny, a 5 egg california omelet, a large Montana scramble, and Swedish pancakes.

Neither of us could finish our mains. Which did not make us sad one bit. We were eating happily for days.

The potatoes were just right. Not mushy, not hard, just right, with a crisp outer edge. The eggs were fluffy and flavorful. Crepes were yummy, wish there were more! Lol. The eggs benny were good. There was an actual thick piece of ham, the eggs were a little more well done than I would have liked, and maybe a bit more hollandaise, but it'd order it again in a heartbeat.

I will be a regular for sure. I can't wait to bring friends and family to this place!

Perfect place for a Sunday brunch! I love that they have options supporting dietary lifestyles. I got the steak and eggs and subbed the sides for fruits.

Their pancakes were a bit chewy(glutenous), but I guess that's how people people like them. My wife got the southwest chicken sandwich and it was on point.

Will definitely go again!!

Delicious food that was served quickly. The crisp breakfast potatoes were fantastic, and my egg scramble was better than diner quality so was a nice surprise. If I can think of one thing to improve it would be slightly more prompt wait staff. All up it was value for money and well worth it.

This was my first time here! Had a old diner vibe to it! The food was delicious & I loved how patient & friendly the employees were!! Definitely cozy environment!

We went on Sunday for brunch and it was busy but the hostess was very gentil and accommodating making sure everyone was comfortable while waiting for open tables. Once we were seated the busboy promptly came with water and offer drinks for the kids. The atmosphere is nice and casual surrounded by many indoor plants. There's a couple of TVs playing cute animals videos but they broadcast football/basketball games when in season. My husband got the Canadian Swiss hamburger with fries and I got Reebeye served with 12th Ave Spuds,toast and eggs. The kids got Mickey Mouse Pancake and Chiken strip and fries. We also ordered some fresh brewed Coffe to go with our meals..Food arrive quickly, hot and exact what with ordered. Portions are generous and the quality is great. Overall great experience, we were a little worried to.go on a Sunday because of the long waits and crowded restaurants can get but I was surprised how smooth our experience was. Will be back for more.

Extensive menu, attentive service, cute animal videos playing on big screen TVs. Who could ask for more.

Kind of small so expect a wait. Possibly the best omelet I have ever had. The contractor omelet is a great build your own. Choice of toast or pancakes. Love it.

This place is the best for breakfast , (and dont forget the mimosas) honestly hands down without a doubt the best chicken fried steak i have ever had, now when i come eat here i dont ever want to get anything else, it is that amazing! Great service and setting as well.

I've only had breakfast here, but this is one of our go-to spots when I come to town to visit my family. Its sort of one part diner and one part family restaurant. Amazingly, the breakfast foods they serve should be greasy, but somehow they aren't. Large omelets, large pancakes... just what a breakfast place should be. Good spot to take the kids, obviously!

We happen to stumble across this place and it was AMAZING! We were greeted as soon as we walked in the doors. Server was friendly and made sure we were good through the whole meal. Prices are fantastic and food was even better! I got the Migas and they were delicious, he got American omelet and says it was perfect! We will definitely be going back!!

I did a doordash and it was great. Food was on time and packed. The vegetables were not over salted crisp and healthy. The omelette was exactly what I wanted l.

I thought I had found my breakfast place a long time ago with other restaurants but then I came here. I love getting their scrambles since it's absolute perfection every time. Everything from the service to the food, to the atmosphere. The California Scramble is my go-to breakfast item with potatoes. For someone who doesn't typically eat breakfast, I love going here.

We have been looking for a good diner since Plum Delicious closed. This is it! Huge portions, everything was fresh, full of flavor and cooked perfectly🧑🏾‍🍳🤌🏾. Staff is welcoming and attentive and they keep everything spotless!
