Great branch and convenient location. Wonderful pleasant teller's and manger. Very helpful with services whether business or personal. Love the ATM to deposit checks with ability to print checks on receipt makes business transactions smooth. Two ATMs at this location which is convenient if you want to use drive thru. Fast friendly service, I recommend this location for your banking transactions.

I’ve been coming to this branch for the past 3 years for business banking and I must say this particular PNC feels like home. The professionalism and service given by the staff is truly unmatched. All the staff is great...but Ana, Ernest, and Shameka are outstanding employees and a real asset at PNC Penn Mart. They always so patient with my deposits and greet each customer with a genuine smile, as well as, conversation when time permits. I’ve never had a bad interaction thus far at this branch and I can’t foresee that happening. This PNC bank is in a convenient location, clean, safe, and parking is never an issue. If you plan on doing some business banking with genuine people who actually know your name, then this is the branch for you!

I just want to give a huge shoutout to both Jill and Empress. Had a complicated issue where I needed a statement for my mortgage. They both went above and beyond to help and it was much appreciated.

Great branch. Have always meet our needs and why we switched all our accounts including mortgage and our business accounts. Very friendly and even stay over regular hours to assist everyone.

The tellers at the drive-thru are always very pleasant and so helpful!

Imagine being a bank and not answering your phone, SMH. Not the first time I've had an issue with this location.

Over the years of being with PNC I have had my ups and downs and honestly I don't like banking with them. I cant understand if your account is over why charge $36 if I didn't have the money before why hit me when this fee. Calling customer I can say has always been nice over the 10 years I have been banking with them. As we move into the New Years I think am going to start looking around.

I do not recommend PNC bank. I walked in at 430 pm to open a new bank account they close at 5 pm they told me they can't do it because they close at 5 pm. So I call m&t bank not only did they open a bank account for me they took me in 10 mins before they closed had me in and out in 10 mins max it took them. Must be nice to turn down money I guess PNC bank has enough customers. Another thing I wanted to mention PNC did not have customer in the office so they had time to open a account.

SHIMIKA COLLINS SHOULD BE FIRED! Went into this branch before closing yesterday to make a withdraw. Presented Drivers license and bank card to make a withdraw and filled out withdraw slip. Teller begins looking at her computer for close to 10 minutes. I asked "Is there a problem?". "Just making sure everything is verified." the teller stated. After 10 minutes of waiting teller takes my ID and bank card into her noses office where they stare at her computer for another 10 minutes at which point teller comes back and says I cannot make a withdraw on my own account to take out my own money. Keep in mind I am the only person on my account and I presented more than enough ID to make my withdraw. SHIMIKA COLLINS is horrible. She was the "boss". She said because I opened up my account with a passport and I presented my driver's license that this was the reason I could not withdraw my own money. I will be closing this account and filing an official complaint with corporate. I will also be posting the video footage I took of this interaction to defame and and embarrass PNC as I have been defamed and embarrassed by this interaction. I hope Shimika and her teller both get fired. Clearly this was an act of profiling because I didn't look a certain way for them so thereby I should be denied access to my money?

HAHAHAHAHAHAHA what a joke this office, called and the "branch manager" is answering the phone... yeah right, girl flat out lied to me after i sat on hold for 8 minutes... hung up called back and they could help me right away. forgot i was on hold. what a joke.SHamika was her name, other people have reviews about her also. terrible.
