Delcastle Recreational Park

I found some beautiful bike paths in this Park. Entry just off McKennas Church RD. Get your Cardio UP before taking on these rolling hills. Beautiful to Ride in October. Just completed a lovely loop!! Came out on Route 7N. 👈

How is a great walk with the dogs. A nice loop that's not too long for some and not too short for others.

We love this park. Only a short half mile walk from home. Facilities for almost any outdoor activity and all top notch .

The newer trail system behind the golf course can be entered at several spots, and is a very pleasant shaded place to walk. Trails are paved and bridges cross the waterways.

Great place to walk, work out, enjoy the trees and bring your dog! There are restrooms as well. Very dog friendly, plenty of room for a great picnic, perfect spot for the whole family

Went for a walk here and was pleased to find the paths clear of snow and that there is a playground here that we can come back to! Lots of parking and pathways to walk on.

We love this park for paved walks. You come across deer, rabbits, fox, birds, etc and the sunsets are beautiful 😍

Well maintained & diverse playing fields & walk paths.
As the photo shows,some ppl don't appreciate what the park offers.
I watched a crow pick up a piece of plastic with traces of food on it & take it back to its nest.

Have a lot of equipment for your kids to play, walk, and play sports like football, baseball, and softball.

Great walking path. Delcastle has a nice sized playground with a set for younger children next to a set for bigger kids. The area around the playground has grills and picnic tables. Several baseball, soccer, and football fields. Dogs are required to be on a leash as there is no dog park.

Run loop of 1.75 miles is perfect. Well lit for the most part. Most dog walkers are cognizant of giving way to the runners.

I like this park for a couple reasons. I am a nerd and play Pokemon Go, it's a great park for that 😊. The park has a bunch of different fields; soccer, baseball, etc. The park is clean and most definitely well maintained.

Delcastle Rec Park is a great place for the family. they have ball fields, charcoal grills and picnic tables. There a playground there for smaller children, we had a great time even on the hottest day we sat in the shade and there was a nice breeze and it was allot of fun. we packed a lunch and spent the day there it was great

Went to watch a softball game! Nice setting.

Great park to walk. There is a 1 and 3/4 miles trail that leads around the park. Lots of lights for night walking also lots of deer.

Recently came here for my adult son's softball tournament. Absolutely LOVE this location. Very clean, very family friendly.

Place is good for anything athletic. Softball, baseball, football, basketball, tennis, pickleball, frisbee, soccer, and many other things that can be done, are all here for you to do. I played softball up here for many years, and watched many softball games, in the summer and fall, at this very nice facility. My main hobby now is walking, to try to stay in shape. It is a 1.75 mile loop around the perimeter. Lots of smaller paths as well.

Great for the kids and adults I personally like to skate so this is the whole package

Clean, friendly park. Never had a security problem. Total distance is a little less than 2 miles. Excellent tennis center along with some baseball/softball fields are there. If you want to extend the distance you make use of the path at the public golf course across the street.
