From feeding the family to ensuring my getting the right ingredients for my homemade dog food🙄, Safeway always has what I need. Their prices are reasonable so I don't have to sell extra houses to afford to shop here.

Most of all it's a great blend of what your expect from Giant value and Wegmans atmosphere.

This store has fantastic produce everything is fresh and crisp. The bakery is small but you can get pretty much what you want. You can order cakes to be picked up. Very big deli and with so much meat and cheeses to pick from. This store is clean and organized 👌

The shelves were well stocked, for a change more than one checkout lane was open and cashier was courteous and proficient

My experience with Safeway was great it was Christmas Day and they were the only grocery store open I give Big Ups to them some stores closed without even giving notice on Christmas Eve that they were closing early I guess the pandemic has turned a lot of things around but at least we have Safeway again I give Big Ups to Safeway you can get flowers all way down to your baked goods I found everything I needed seems like everything was in stock even fresh seafood now you know that's hard to find on Christmas Day again I recommend Safeway even though the prices are a little higher get the Safeway card and save yourself a little bit of money but overall they were great clean the people were friendly and I recommend them.

I've only been in Safeway a couple of times due to distance from my home, but I have found it to b great. The veggies and fruit are so fresh. Everything presented so attractively, tho their prices are rather high. I still go there just for fruit and veggies. U get what u pay for.

I love this grocery store. Shelves are always stocked, pricing isn't too bad. Cheaper than some stores locally. The Starbucks in the store seems like it's also always stocked. The produce isn't rotten the next. All in all a great grocery store!

They are currently making some shelving changes. It looked likr they were updating them and doing some minor rearranging. However it wouldn't effect your shopping experience.

Great place to shop! Never disappointed in their freshly made products right in the store. Clean environment. Friendly and attentive staff. The guacamole and pineapple salsa they made was amazing! For store made. I was quite impressed! Well done over all!

This now one of my new favorite places to shop for food. They have great deals, its very clean and it has good customer service.

Always love Safeway. Only place locally that I can get freshly baked Italian and French bread warm from the oven. Their pastries are the best. Overall one of the best supermarket. A little pricey in comparison to like a Walmart but love to splurge on the weekend.

My supermarket choice for Dover and surrounding areas. They always have what I need with their great selection. Produce is fresh, you can get custom cuts of meat from the meat department, shelves remain stocked and in good order, and the staff is friendly. The bakery and deli have daily fresh food and I have never run into old or near-expiring items. I do like the in-store deals, point system, and the fact that it’s open 24-hours. There is also a Starbucks inside. Will continue to be a repeat customer.

The employees make you feel welcomed that at home feeling always providing fast and friendly service. Steven Seth always working hard cleaning the store and assisting customers providing excellent customer service. Mr. Wynn and Mrs. Francine always ready to help and provide excellent customer service. Mrs. Sharon and Mrs. Shay at Starbucks always providing excellent customer service. Mrs. Ellie, Ms. Shana and Ms. Tee always providing excellent service. At the fuel station Ms. Leslie, Mr. Stanley and Ms. Dani always provide excellent customer service. Because of the above mentioned and a few more that i may have misses is why i make Safeway my go-to for all of my families needs!!! Thank you Safeway!!!

This store has improved greatly over the last year. The produce is still very expensive unless on sale, but everything else is about the right price. $5 Dollar Friday deals are great and the bakery and deli have excellent choices. The store is open 24 hours so you can always find what you need.

I appreciate that I can sometimes find products there that are not available elsewhere where I live. I will say, I like their produce and produce department much better than the other markets in Dover. Also, have had excellent experiences with their curb-side pickup. So glad they initiated that service and I don't have to pay extra/a service fee like going through a shopping service like Instacart. Also, the personal shopper Jackie does a wonderful job at picking produce, meats and any substitutions that might be needed. This cannot be said of experiences I've had with the other store in town where I've gotten groceries curbside; the quality and care that items were picked with does not come close to matching my Safeway experiences. While I'm grateful to both companies for offering the curbside option for customers who cannot shop for themselves, especially at this difficult moment, I'm so happy I can "go to Safeway" again now, using curbside.

Went with my daughter to find clams for a recipe. They have alot of stuff, and the place looks clean. I like their produce section because the veggies and fruit always look fresh and nice. They also have some meat or seafood there that I like like bison.

Has just about every brand of groceries and some higher end availability. Their worldly food section allows for a larger selection of you're in the mood to make exotic dishes.
