Benjamin and Mel gave great customer service. Very professional and both very knowledgeable. Ben came out to my car and made sure the problem with my car was fixed. A cut above the rest for solving the issue with my car and what to buy to solve the problem.

Older lady w/ glasses and one of the gentleman were super nice here. Helped me figure out the size of my car tires and get the right size chains for them. Didn't make me feel stupid at all!

I ordered a pair of low beam front bulbs on their site on internet for our '98 Lumina; after one hour, as promised in the order document, they were ready for delivery, which took place simply, quickly (it was enough to register the order number I had on the cell and declare my personal details), friendliness of the staff (smiling, polite and able to make you feel safe in the hands of real professionals, in case of doubts or uncertainties) and, as I just mentioned, professionalism.
All this prompted me, a couple of hours later, to come back and also buy the pair of high beam bulbs: even if I hadn't ordered the goods on the internet, the sale took place very quickly: very good.
Needless to say, if I need to, I'll come back to them. Really recommended.

after my terrible experience at Auto zone parts, I took my business to O'Reilly parts where Mel was so so helpful and got me what I needed in just under 3 minutes. Being misgoznised in a car place as a young woman happens way too often, but I felt vert comfortable here and will be taking my business here from here on out.

I waited in line at a nearby Auto Zone auto parts store for nearly 20 mins and not a single employee was in sight. By the time I walked out with no help or product, 6 other customers had entered the store as well, also waiting for service. I Google searched for a different nearby auto parts store and found O’Reilly’s auto parts store roughly 5 mins away. When I walked in the store, 5 employees were available, 2 immediately asked if I needed help. The employee at the register helped me in 5 mins and also installed a rear windshield wiper on my car in about 30 seconds. The service was fast, efficient, knowledgeable, and pleasant. Additionally, from further conversation, the manager gave me free O’Reilly stress balls and foam fingers for my elementary school class prize box. THANK YOU O’Reilly service team! I needed a small specific tool and the employee (I didn’t think to get their name until I left unfortunately) went out of their way to help get the piece without making me buy a whole set. Brake rotors that I bought almost 2 years became warped - bummer. I called the store just off 7th at 33rd S and they said no problem, bring them in. I did so, and no-muss, no-fuss they sent me on my way with new rotors at no cost. great manager and great team I really appreciate Oreilly

Super helpful and better price than Autozone for what I needed in a hurry. Passed them on my way from one AZ to another and called to see if they carried an Optima red top battery. They did and it was $20 cheaper. The guy helped install on-site as I was in a hurry and didn't have time to change out at home. Much appreciated.

Went there today for a check engine light reset. Ray was very helpful in getting the codes and printing out paperwork for the parts that might be needed. Also remembered me from a previous inquiry.

So looking for a new battery for my car, along with questions about other issues. Price for a battery was almost $100 less than Pep Boys Which was great, but employee Andrew was so helpful. He went above and beyond for me! While being the only employee available as well as handling other customers. That guy deserves a RAISE!

Very experienced in this industry and always ready to help. Tasha, the store manager, is super cool, helpful, and ready to help you repair your project, cheap, and literally will bend over backwards for you to get your parts or satisfaction with anything! Awesome environment and everyone there is key to their overall success.

Needed new wiper blades. Took less than 5 minutes and when I told the clerk I didn’t know how to install them, he did it for me. I very much appreciate that!

The sales people here are really good, I've never changed my own oil but they convinced me that it is so easy that it would be a lot cheaper to do it myself. So I bought all the materials and I'm going to have a neighbor helping me tomorrow. I was quoted $112 to have my oil changed in my truck, I'm doing it for 50 on my own. Thanks for giving me the confidence to do this on my own guys, there's a reason why I come to O'Reilly Auto Parts, and I just found out what it is
