Ever had a good experience at a post office? I know, right? But the 2 ladies working Friday morning were kind, helpful and patient. I'm just getting into shipping larger volumes of packages and they helped me understand everything I needed, and figured out how to get my international package out the door.

This post office is right next to my work, so I frequently go there. The woman that works this small post office is incredible and provides exceptional customer service.

Sorry, but most of the time, they open late and often don't seem to want to be at work.. I know it's not the best or safest neighborhood, but staff could definitely be friendlier and more helpful.

Everything I come here, they not open due to break or the internet or some equipment I need to get a receipt it broken. How are small business people supposed to utilize this location when it can't help us. Crazy.

My visit to this USPS location on February 23, 2019, was an exceptionally frustrating and disappointing experience, one that has completely turned me off from ever using their services again. Despite arriving during their advertised hours of operation (10 AM to 12 PM), I was met with the unwelcome surprise of finding the place inexplicably closed.

This incident is indicative of a larger problem of unreliability and poor customer service. When a postal service, a fundamental community resource, fails to adhere to its own stated hours, it reflects a blatant disregard for the needs and schedules of its customers. People plan their day and rely on these hours to conduct important postal tasks, only to have their time and effort wasted.

Moreover, this lack of reliability in basic operations such as adhering to opening hours raises serious questions about their overall competence and commitment to service. If such a fundamental aspect of service delivery is neglected, it casts doubt on their ability to handle other, more complex aspects of postal service with any degree of efficiency or care.

This experience was not just a minor inconvenience; it was emblematic of a systemic failure in meeting customer expectations. The frustration of altering one's schedule, taking time out of a busy day, and then facing the futility of the effort due to the location's unexplained closure is incredibly disheartening. It undermines the trust and dependability that are crucial to any service-oriented business, especially one as integral as the postal service.

In summary, the failure of this USPS location to be open during its posted hours on February 23, 2019, was a significant breach of customer service standards. It's an episode that has firmly decided my choice to never patronize this particular location again. Such unreliability and apparent indifference to customer convenience are unacceptable, particularly for a service as essential as the postal service.

Completely useless location! Never open during business hours, just close it down..

Update, tried again today 1/4/24. This place should've been open 20 mins ago, but here we all are waiting for some supervisor to come open up! He arrives with wrong key.. this place is tragic!!

I got ups email inform to let me no what's delivered, an I have seen my green dot card twice an still don't have my card. Why is it saying it should be in the mail an it's not. Everything else I see is but my green dot card. This the second time i have ordered it because I'm not receiving it. I call an call an no one ever answer the phone. Or they stealing the people stuff. What's going on cause this don't make sense. You can't activate my card without my social security number. So I don't understand why I haven't received either card but I have emails saying they supposed been mailed.

They said my package was delivered on the 26th, but yet the left me a "Sorry we missed you" letter and my seller said it was delivered on the 28th. What the hell is really going on? Is the freaking mailman STEALING? Awful service. I hate I have to work these people are useless thieves. How do you leave a notice, but yet mistakenly scan it as delivered and I requested a redeliverly, lets see if I got it.... NO!!

Lied about delivering my package and I was home that day. Went to the main office on garrison, they had the worse attitudes and weren't helpful. They need to close it down or get new employees. I don't even like ordering things that i know will come through the postal service anymore, since I those are the type of people I have to deal with.

This postal office is never available to answer. Nor do they have hours to accommodate working people to pick up packages requiring a signature. LAST, if a notice is signed and left, that's a clue to follow the instructions and DELIVER asap not whenever you get around to it, especially when you close at 3p and most people get off at 5!!!

Absolutely horrible! I was expecting four boxes. They delivered 2 of them to our concierge and left a silly note stating that no one was home to receive the other 2 boxes. I've tried calling them multiple times but the phone rings forever with no response. This is unbelievable! These guys need to be reported.

If I could give zero stars I would. The old lady in the front is super rude and no help at all. It’s about time she retire if she hates her job.
