Loved every part of this experience. Walked in the store and back out within 10 minutes with my purchase made. They are fast and efficient with extremely affordable prices. The men who delivered the washer and dryer were extremely kind and professional. Overall they made this such an easy and smooth process! Highly recommend!

This company is great. Super friendly. Very nice family-run business. I bought my washer/dryer in the morning and it was installed by the end of the day.

Called them spoke to Robert who was very helpful in trouble shooting my problem. I couldn't figure out the parts name for my dryer and was frustrated in the moment. He simply said hey take a picture of it and text me we'll figure it out. He called me back within minutes instead of saying oh no you need a new dryer he said I got a ten dollar cable for you that should fix it. When I picked it up Jose was just as friendly and helpful. Will always call here first next time I have any problems and have no problem driving out of the way to use their services.

I’ve been searching for a control board for over a year for my LG range. LG couldn’t even figure it out. No parts place could figure it out. As I drove by ASU Appliance Repair I was impressed to stop by to see if they could figure out where I could get a new control board. In Les then 15 min they had it figured out. My control board had the wrong sticker on it from the factory. These guys found me the right control board. They have awesome customer service. If any of my appliances break I will definitely use these guys again.

Washer was broken, call right be for closing and they were able to locate a spare part and be willing to wait a few mins after closing so I could get there to pick it up. Thanks to them I was able to get my washing machine fixed and saved a load of towels. Check out this local owned shop for you appliance repair needs.

I have a small house in the Avenues with non standard doorways. ASU appliance was able to find me a washer that fit into my washroom. They delivered the replacement washer and took my old washer the same day. Great service!

This place is awesome! My 10 year old dryer started making a horrible noise and I thought it was done for. I came into ASU looking to buy a new one but found we could probably repair mine. They had a tech out the next morning! He fixed the dryer and did some tune up maintenance all in an hour. I will absolutely be back, and I’ll always recommend them to anyone.

These guys are friendly, professional, punctual and very patient! My house is super small and the space for my washer and dryer barley fits a stackable, it's a pain to try to get one in and out! These guys went above and beyond! Thank you!! You guys have a life long customer!!

Our washer broke last night and we didn’t know how to fix it and didn’t want to wait all weekend for someone to come in to check it out, so we decided to go to ASU Appliances and see if we could just upgrade to a better washer. The two guys in the store were incredibly helpful and showed us a few great options, and took our old washer for us for a credit off the price of the new one. It was much easier (and cheaper) than us having to take it to a landfill, and we’re so glad they’ll fix it so someone else can use it. The entire process was super easy and they have a warranty so we can make sure the new washer is in working order (which it seems to be so far!), we’re super grateful for the help and definitely recommend ASU Appliances for someone looking to save money on a great appliance!

Great company and very friendly people. There was an issue with my dryer once I got it home and they came right out and fixed it in 20 minutes under the warranty. Will definitely come here first if I ever need another washer dryer or stove.

Bought a used washing machine, they took away our old one delivered, installed and cleaned up after they were done. Very kind and respectful, made sure I understood what they had done and how to adjust the machine if we wanted to move it around. It was reasonably priced and hope that it last for a long time. They guarantee it for 30 days after purchase.

They are great & cheaper than other appliances stores for diagnostic appointments, washer & driers, & delivery. The customer service is also excellent. They are very knowledgeable & honest about different models reliability. Glad I chose them to buy our used appliances!

I am very pleased to find this great local business. Our washing machine died and was going to be very expensive to repair. I decided to try a refurbished machine and looked up local used appliance stores. ASU had great reviews, so I tried them and I'm very glad I did. They had great customer service- texted me photos and info about their washers, pulled one washer out from behind another so I could look at it in the store, and answered all my questions. I am especially happy with their drop off and pick up service. It's very reasonably priced. They brought my new washer and hauled my old one away. It wasn't that easy either- they had to get it from the basement and get it through a very narrow door. They hooked the new machine up for me and left it ready to go. I have had my washing machine for 3 weeks now and am very pleased. It's just what I wanted- a simple top loader. Cleans great and is working fine. I like that they have a 90 day warranty.

Really impressed with the experience I’ve had with this company. I bought a washer from them that ended up having some issues and they happily came out to fix it. A few weeks later I ended up having more issues with the washer which would’ve been frustrating but they replaced the washer with a new one of the same value for no charge even though technically it was out of the warranty period. They were easy and kind to work with. Would highly recommend asu to others!

Above and beyond customer service. They truly do stand by their warranty. I purchased a washer sometime around December and it stopped working over the weekend on the last day of warranty period. (non-business day) They came out to try and repair the appliance on two occasions for no additional cost. Ultimately, the washer was switched out for a different unit as the issue could not be fixed. There was no hassle in the process, and they made sure to make what could have been an unpleasant process a great one! I would highly recommend shopping and referring friends and family to this amazing family-owned small business. You guys have earned a lifelong customer.

Great place to buy a washer and dryer and they even helped us load it. I will totally check this place out anytime I need an appliance.
