And interesting and small pplace. but don't let the size of it deceive you. This place was a real gem with among service atmosphere and food. While the parking situation might be a bit of a problem. The place is definitely worth it. The food is amazing and hot and fresh. With plenty of options for everyone. I'd recommend eating here any time. And I hope to return soon.

For being Salt Lake City I will give them the best authentic Mexican food by far. I was very impressed with Viviana our waitress, she was super friendly and very helpful. I wanted the pineapple so bad but didn’t feel like seafood so she had the chef put tender steak and chicken for a replacement. Omg!! It was so delicious and I was so happy. The michelada shrimp was boiled fresh with steam coming off them. My friend ordered the mango michelada and it was delicious!
This was such a great place to come and I j have this place marked so I can come back.

You go in and you ask for as many tortillas as you want, then ask for what filling you want.
Then you add more toppings on top of that.

The decorations and ambiance were delightful, creating the perfect atmosphere. The Ribey steak
was yummy😋, I also enjoyed the complimentary salsa and chips. I can't wait to return for more of their awesome 🇲🇽 Mexican cuisine.

5 Stars, Fantastic all you can eat street tacos for lunch during the week. First time at this location, just as great as the Ogden location. Nice place to get some delicious street tacos and more.

On the recommendation of someone who I trust, tried El Paisa Grill for the first time. Greetings as soon as I walked in and was seated with no waiting. The abundance of Spanish speaking guests validated the Best Mexican food sign out front. The ambiance is pleasant and the soft music in Spanish adds a nice touch. Artwork is authentic.
The chips and salsa are great. Chips are fresh and crispy, the salsa is not too spicy.
Ordered the Burrito Supreme and WOW is it big. Takes both hands to hold.
Service was outstanding and attentive. I was full from the meal and satisfied. Coming back for sure

This is some of the best Mexican food I've ever had. It's the authenticity, friendly staff, great service, and Margarita Rita for me! My husband and I are regulars, and we are treated like family every time we walk into this place. Also, if you go during lunch on weekdays they offer an all you can eat street taco bar.

Had such an amazing time and seeing the great turnout for a very big show we brought around. Also had entertainment with the two boys who sang their hearts out and did A GREAT JOB!!!👏🏽

I haven't eaten at the restaurant yet, but they catered a bday party for us and it was amazing!

Their taco bar for lunch(12 to 2 pm) was the best. Will definitely be back there soon. Parking was hard for all of the other people 🤣

I had the shirt steak dinner. Everything, including the refried beans were seasoned well. Very tasty! Service was prompt and friendly. There is a nice sized bar off to the side with a covered patio. I would recommend.

I arrived early with a rather large group. They said glad to see you and sat us down immediately. The service was such personal that I felt like I was eating at moms. I will always love this place because they made me feel like family. There birthday band was tops!

Wonderful food in a great atmosphere with awesome service. We did the all you can eat street tacos and it was delicious. I did see some other tables ordering burritos and stuff and it all looked great. I will be returning with friends and family to introduce them to the street tacos.

I've been on travel. An utah is where they sent me. And trying to find a delicious place to eat after a hard day's work is top of the list. EL Paisa Grill hit my best of Utah list, and I recommend this beautiful restaurant. Full of great service and entertainment. O, did I mention the food is amazing. Stop on by say hello. Awesome menu and lots to choose from. Food is excellent and fresh. The Salsas are excellent and have amazing flavor.

This is definitely one of the best Mexican restaurants in the valley in terms of food. The menu was pretty massive with a lot of variety. They have a massive sparkling cake for birthdays and fun theming. The meal was solid, lots of great flavor, and I'll be trying it again.

I don’t know much about Mexican food but the molcajete supreme is to die for. I picked up a taste for soured soups in Eastern Europe and this dish is the yummiest ever. Tasty soured broth with cheese, beef, chicken and shrimp. It’s made to pour over my rice and beans and I’m in heaven. Pro tip: they have diet Dr Pepper. Also live music on the weekends.

Have to vibe this place 5 stars... very nice setting, couldn't take my eyes off of the painting on the wall, they all had a story to tell. The host, customer service and food was outstanding.

We came into visit after many recommendations from friends to try this restaurant. I'm very selective when it comes to authentic Mexican food.

We were pleasantly surprised how great the food was. We came on a Sunday around 5pm. We waited for about 25mins to be seated. Upon being seated, we were immediately greeted with chips and salsa.

Our server Maricela welcomed us and took our drink order. She quickly returned within 10 mins and took our dinner order. She was very friendly and prompt. The ambiance of the restaurant was lively and upbeat. The staff was cheerful and seemed genuinely happy to be at work.

We ordered a Molcajete Supreme which came with a side of beans and rice. The flavors of the chicken, carne asada, shrimp, etc... was out of this world. We enjoyed and savored every bite. This dish is enough for 2 to 3 people to share. Hope you enjoy!

The best all-you-can-eat taco bar in Salt Lake City! For years this was my go-to spot for Friday lunch, as a way to celebrate the end of another work week and to kick off the weekend. They have the most delicious meats to make your tacos, and the taco bar comes with a free soda. The staff is incredibly friendly and the place is clean and fresh.
