I’ve been going there for years. Great customer service good atmosphere clean there’s always fresh coffee donuts sundae you get a breakfast or a little snack. hands-down, it is the best laundromat in the city of Wilmington or surrounding areas♥♥♥

I only had to use because of an extra large mattress pad and comforter. Owner was a big help in helping me with machine usage . Clean welcoming environment despite the location. No homeless people laying around making you feel uncomfortable. Free drying is a plus.

Go every week at 6am. Doors are open and MrL has the continental breakfast waiting. On Sundays he prepares breakfast for the customers. The laundry center is in a great location and very clean.

Actually we had breakfast with the owner. He cooked. He always plays throwback great music. There is always fresh coffee and pastries of some kind available

I use the wash and fold service. It's great to drop off your clothes and come back to everything clean folded and ready to go in a few hours at a very reasonable

I love come here to wash... The workers are friendly and it is always clean.... The machines are always cleaned out before the next customer.

I used it once and the 2 ladies inside were super pleasant and very very helpful (I had no idea how to use the machines and I poured my detergent in the wrong numbered locations!!!). But they did not get upset or mad- they just helped me. A+! Very professional workers there. Much respect and appreciation!

Love this place. Very clean, The owner makes breakfast every Sunday, he also provides snacks, coffee etc, during the week. Service is excellent.

VERY impressed and I will definitely return! The owner was so friendly and helpful. You get a laundry card to keep it and it's reloadable with cash or your debit card (big plus for me because ATM fees are horrendous) clean and sanitary building, FREE DRYERS, FREE coffee and FREE pastries! 10/10 would recommend 😊

I respect the man who runs this place, keeps a tight ship as best he can. He offers refreshments or his customers which is appreciated, and is especially nice to the kids. All he asks is respect his place. The washers and dryers work pretty well for such a popular place and we definitely love the free dry, saves a lot of money!

This is by far the best experience I have ever had coming to the Laundry Mat. Mr. Lincoln has put together a customer experience like no I have ever seen in this type of environment. One Sunday I just needed to find a laundry mat close to my home since my 2 yrs old daughter wet my comforter and I did not want to place in my washer. I ran here thinking it would be just like any other and boy was I shocked. The owner so happens to be a customer of mines at the bank, but the music, the free snacks for customers, the cleanliness and most importantly the professionalism is unmatched in this industry but more so even more unmatched with any establishment I have been to in Delaware. Thank you Mr. Lincoln and L Laundry for be the catalyst for a great customer experience... I truly appreciate this awesome environment.

Clean with plenty of washers and dryers in different sizes. You pay for the wash and the dryer is free. The owner is always on site taking great care of everything.

Most pleasant laundry environment. Mr. Lincoln has free coffee n donut for the people washing clothes. He is kind, helpful and he doesn't take any mess. God bless him for feeding the people. LOVE THIS LAUNDRO MAT!!!

Clean helpful staff And during the morning and during the day they have coffee available for those that are washing clothes and sometimes on weekends in the weekend they'll even give you a breakfast if you're washing clothes to great Laundromat

Mr Lincon is kind, helpful and friendly as are the women who work there. The place is always always very nice and clean and there s never any drama .
