Beehive Distilling

What a gem. I'm so lucky to have stumbled upon this place. Thanks for a great meal and beverage. The Beehive Old Fashion was unique and delicious!

I loved this place! Gin and cats make me happy, their resident distillery cat Gimlet made the experience. This beautiful distillery has a wonderful selection of Gin including their own. The inside was decorated nicely, a great environment for having drinks. They offer a nice food selection. The drinks were all very tasty with a beautiful presentation. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Amazing distillery, the sweetest staff and a great atmosphere. We highly recommend the house gin and tonic, since it is some of the best we have had. We ended up buying 2 gins because it tasted so good

We are big fans of Beehive's Jack rabbit gin, so on a night out for my birthday we decided to stop by Beehive's bar! We had such a nice time. The cocktails were incredible and so well priced. (We had the Gin and Tonic, Gimlet, and Beehive Old Fashioned and loved them all.) It was easy to park and the space is wonderful, as well. So much space to sit and relax inside or outside with your party. The bar area has a relaxed but industrial feel and, again, wasn't the size of a match box like a lot of bars downtown. We had the best time and will definitely be back.

I wish I would have know about this place sooner. I Iove the look and feel of the place and more so the drinks! The Seasonal Gimlet is refreshing and completely unique; the sage adds a new dimension I hadn't had in a drink. And the House Gin & Tonic was smooth and unexpected. Their food items are a few steps up from bar food: case in point their Smashed Avocado Toasty picture below.

Michael is extremely well versed in cocktails, including those old school ones I like that are off menu. Limited buy stellar spirits list. Their Gin is special and unique. Rare indeed! Cheers!

They just rolled out a new food menu and it’s incredible! The chef did an amazing job! I love the drinks and the staff is so friendly. Good chill vibes! I come for the food though!

Nice bar with a view into the distilling room. Great drinks. They have small plates. All good. There is a tiny shop if you want to buy their booze.

Loved it! I can't believe a place like this exists in Utah.... nice scene like Lake Effect, but off the city vibe so extra chill people.

Casual, pleasant spot for a daytime snack. Their staff is pleasant and the fries were amazing.

Great spot that I feel like doesn't get enough credit! We had the bahn mi and al pastor slider, cucumber salad, and french fries. Food came out fast and fresh. Our bartender, Zack, was super knowledgeable. I wasn't sure what I wanted and he helped me find a cocktail I'll surely be ordering again.

Make sure to have Grayson take care of you. He’s a chill easy going dude. Great beer, great service and even great food. Atmosphere is incredible. This is a hidden gem. Definitely recommend. Try the white salamander. Trust me you won’t regret it. I stopped by the beehive distillery before this place and their service SUCKS unless they know you. Not a great way of getting repeat business. But this place ROCKS!

Absolutely stunning location thats you'd never expect just from driving by. Cocktails are always creative and delicious... and fairly priced. Even a simple gin and tonic is exceptionally crafted and presented. Chill and welcoming vibe. Love this place.

Beautiful environment, tasty drinks, friendly staff. Highly recommend visiting to try that different things they distill! I love their Gimlet.

My favorite local watering hole! This gem isn’t ever super crowded and it is so low key. The vibe of the place is very quality, but not snobby in any sort of a-hole-ish kind of way.

The bar is really the hidden secret of this place. But I recommend beehive for both their bar, and their gin is hard to even compete with. I suggest buying your booze here anyways. It is a better price than the liquor store and I never have to worry about waiting in an outrageous line that consumed by whole evening, while already have had an incredibly long day.

The Moscow Mule contains 9% alcohol content per can and a can feels equivalent to having a strong drink of 2.

Beehive sold me on simply this: class. 😇

Very cool place, awesome atmosphere and great drinks, love their Gin!!

Such a cool atmosphere and the drinks are top tier! My only complaint is that both times we went our bartender, Nick, was very aggressive and rude. He threw our ID's at us one time and then another time he was yelling at his coworkers over very minor things-- in my opinion. Other than that, I loved the place and hope Nick sees some better days!

Awesome building & atmosphere. The drinks were delicious & priced normal for the area. The bartenders were great, even with only two of them serving the entire place. You can also bring your own food! Would go back.

Local Salt Lake City distillery and cocktail bar. I particularly recommend the gimlet. The place has a great vibe. I do wish the staff knew a bit more about the gin itself (for people interested in the distillery/tasting side of things) but otherwise loved this place.
