Sue with Tomorrow's Treasures was amazing! She restrung 17 Madam Alexander for me, as after 40 years their rubber bands had all gone bad and the dolls had fallen apart. Sue lovingly put each one back together. She was fair with price, easy to get in contact with, and helped me book appointment times for drop off and pick up that worked well for me. Thank you for giving my dolls new life, so I can pass them on to my daughter!

I have a doll about 70 years old. The rubber band wore out. My doll fell apart. Susan got me quickly, did the job about 4 days. Was awesome. Her front room is beautiful. Most amazing dolls I have ever seen. Highly recommend going to her.

I would give it 10 stars if I could! She was so caring an understanding on why I needed my Miss Beasley Doll back so fast first she told me it would be a couple months I'd get my doll back an i guess the look on my face said it all becouse she said dont worry dear I'll put a rush on it give me 30days i agreed.4 days later my phone rang she said Tarnya this is Tomorrow's Treasures your doll is ready an waiting for you to pick her up I couldn't believe it she must of worked around the clock.She did a wonderful job my doll looks as good as new!! I highly recommend this company! Sue did an AMAZING job restringing a large porcelain doll my late grandmother had made. She took extra care restoring it and finished it in less than a week! Thanks to Sue this priceless heirloom has new life. Thank you Tomorrow’s Treasured for sustaining a dying art!

Really enjoyed working with the lady at first. She was friendly and organized. I dropped my doll off and was told it would take three months. I was very understanding on her time frame. Well, 8 months later and I haven't heard a word. I've called several times but I only get a voicemail, which I've left several. I would drive over there but I live almost 2 hours away. I'm just really hoping for my doll back at this point.

Update: A month after writing this, she called me and said my doll was ready. I was expecting some explaining or apology but she acted like everything was fine. When I got there she was friendly. I was in and out quick. She did a great job on my doll.

My daughter was looking for a place to do some repair work on her treasured bear blanket that she has had since she was born. We found Tomorrow’s Treasures on the internet and scheduled an appointment with Sue. Upon meeting Sue, my daughter explained what she would like done, Sue said she could have her seamstress take care of everything, it would cost $70 and take three weeks. After the third week we contacted her and were told it was going to take a little longer as her seamstress had to go out of town and had a sick husband. At week six, we contacted her again and the next day we were told we could pick him up at 1:30 pm but because it was harder than they thought, it was going to be an extra ten dollars. Upon picking the Bear up, my daughter noticed that the silk edging was only sewed on one side and the stitching missed the blanket in a few spots. The new blanket is no longer attached to the bears head, but joined with a strip of the silk edging. My daughter is quite upset over the experience but was not willing to leave her beloved bear any longer. Sue is a very nice person but when relying on a third party, should communicate better what the expectations are. She should also check the quality of the work before delivering the product. I this case it was subpar. My daughter will likely spend more money to have it corrected somewhere else.

Left my Aunt's 70 year old Tony doll. Sue doesn't answer phone calls. I have no idea why it has taken 3 months for her to restring the doll & get a wig on it. I wish she had better communication with her clients because it's very frustrating.
