The Technician for my mammogram was EXCELLENT! She was very professional and personable. She put me at ease and made it an enjoyable experience!

I get great care at the U of U locations. At this location, there are plenty of parking spaces available, and many are designated Handicap friendly. And they are always willing to help at the front desk. Doctors are competent, which is excellent nowadays.

Been going here for years. Have always liked this place. I can't remember a bad experience . Even long wait times weren't as long as other places like this. Definitely recommend and going back.

Went there had a bad since infection and I had a virus that was going around..the staff is very nice and friendly..

I went in last night with knee pain. The front desk people were very courteous & had me checked in in no time. When they called me back & I got up to go, they saw I was limping & asked if I needed a wheelchair. Every time I had to go anywhere they asked if I needed a wheelchair. The nurse who took my vitals listened to me when I told him what arm to take my blood pressure on. The doctor was very attentive and asked questions & answered all of mine. I had no problems here at all.

They give you ahead notice of any appoint. They also will send your meds to your house FREE of CHARGE. Everyone is very nice and they really try to get you in at your appoint. Time.

They have always taken super good care of my mother-in-law

I've used this health center for the past three years and have always had good experiences with the staff and any of the genuinely caring doctors and nurses I've met. Dr. Quinton is especially kind and caring and always asks more questions to better determine what's best for me and my health. She's extremely understanding and helpful particularly involving mental health and has given me some excellent resources that have helped me be healthier and happier. Their urgent care location has also always been on top of things. I've never had to wait in urgent care more than 30 minutes, even at the height of COVID-19.

Friendly doctors who are very good and friendly staff overall. I am very impressed with this place. To St Mark's, you lose you do not know how to take care of customers and your patience. U of U health has more or less bent you over their knee and paddle you to Kingdom Come.

I was in a bad mood this morning because I was running late to my appointment. The assistant was able to schedule a new appointment within the next half hour with a different PA.

I’m deeply impressed by the healthcare that The U offers. They are true professionals that are knowledgeable and make a doctor’s visit enjoyable for the patient.

All of the results from your visit are available on their App, making it easy to keep track of patient information.

As someone who is disenchanted by the healthcare system, I am truly impressed with what the U is doing. Great job!

They have always worked hard to maintain a clean and healthy environment. They are able to manage an influx of patients in urgent care, while still presenting professional and compassionate support to the patients. They have some of the best nurses, MA's, phlibotomists, doctors ,pharmacists, pharmacy techs, and customer care professionals in the Salt Lake Valley.

Joanna, the phlebotomist in the lab was amazing. She was so kind and empathetic to my situation and experience. Nurse Maria in Urgent Care was also very friendly and comforting. Amazing staff from what I've seen so far. I really appreciated their kindness.

I went here yesterday. They were fast, efficient, professional, kind and even had a good sense of humor/good attitude amongst his pandemic- which I haven’t seen at many places, let alone a a health facility. Really like his location and it’s employees. I had to take my kids here on 2019 as well for strep throat tests and they were great then too. 👍🏻👍🏻

Been going here for so long. I have never felt rushed or processed. Each Dr has been outstanding. I have used the lab, GI clinic and PCP. From the check in desk, pharmacy, nurses aides and doctors all are professional and so knowledgeable. Kindness today in this busy busy world is not common. I find this quality in each of the staff members I meet. Bravo

I I have to come here for the pharmacy, but I also use the lab and have used the urgent care a time or two as well. I have had other things done here as well. I like that so many things are offered in one building. It's convenient and nice to not have to go up to the hospital, with the construction mess that is up there.

Dalene was so SUPER helpful in getting my dad to see his doctor last minute so he would get clearance to fly out to Australia to be with his older brother for his last few days. Thank you

Very impressed with the care I recieved today. I went in with a really bad kidney & bladder infection. I was taken care of quickly, each member of staff was kind and attentive. I left feeling like I had been heard & taken care of, they even helped me set up an appointment for follow up care with a provider they trusted. I would not hesitate to come back, or to bring my children.
