Ryan arrived right on time on a Saturday no less. Put on booties as he came in. Introduced himself and shook my hand. Very good beginning. It ended up being a faulty faucet and he gave me 3 different options to replace it. I ended going the buy my own at Home Depot and called them back Saturday afternoon. Sunday morning he was back right on time again and installed the faucet. He was great and I love my new faucet. Their service is a bit pricey but definitely worth it.

I contacted this company to provide a quote for a few repairs. They quickly scheduled an appointment that fit my schedule and later that week offered me an earlier appointment that I had to decline. The day of the estimate the plumber came within the window, was friendly, professional and quickly suggested solutions. He provided an immediate quote that I felt was high. He immediately asked what number I would be more comfortable with and then called his manager to authorize it, which he did.

On the day of the repair he arrived when expected and quickly got to work. As he took apart the pieces, he discovered a much bigger issue which untreated would result in water damage. He worked with his manager to provide me a discounted quote for the additional work and explained the work in detail. He completed the work in a neat and timely fashion the same day. I am very happy with the work and plan to use the company again for any other plumbing issue.

Steve was AWESOME! He came out and told us we had to replace the water heater. It was such a smooth operation after that. He was able to immediately replace it and it only took two hours. He was professional and the work was so quiet. And super super affordable.
Way cheaper than we thought it would be and I’m really excited if anything goes wrong we have the 6 year warranty. We will absolutely be using them (and Steve) again. We couldn’t be happier.

Ryan and his helper came in and put in an old fashion footed bathtub. Didn't realize the difference that style would make till it was in! When Ryan got here, because of the weight of the tub (over 400 pounds) 2 other employees came in to give help lifting it, The guys were very respectful for my home, asked me to remove doors just so it didn't scratch anything. Best part, the tub was in about 3 weeks ahead of schedule and the day it was installed my wife was not to be home, she was staying at our daughters home! Bottom line is DPP are now on my speed dial if I need something else done!

Joe was great. Arrived right on time and was very knowledgeable and clear with pricing and options. My only wish is that they knew information about rebates on the water heaters they install. Other than that, Joe was helpful and responsive when we thought we had an issue with the water heater the night after installation. He was kind, understanding and helped us solve the problem. Overall, great experience and service.

I had a leak coming through my ceiling and DPP located the problem and fixed it in a timely and cost effective manner. Their plumbers (especially Ryan) were great explaining what they were doing and why and provided accurate estimates of cost and time for repairs. It’s always nice to deal with such professionals!!

Contacted DPP when we thought we had a sewer leak. Turned out to be water supply line. Watched Roto-Rooter destroy the neighbors yard and asked their rates.
Reconnected to Delaware Professional Plumbers and got a rate 33% lower than quote from Roto-their crew was excellent. They did minimal damage to yard and replaced our and our neighbors line in one 8 hour day.
This crew was a subcontractor for DPP, and they were outstanding for 33% less than the competitor who did terrible damage to the next door yard.

Michael from Delaware Plumbing Professionals was extremely professional and courteous. He kept in touch with his Plumbing Manager, George about specific details for my hot water heater. Micheal came within 3 hours of requesting service to replace my hot water tank. Then within 2 hours the work was done and I had hot water again. I was amazed how quick Delaware Plumbing Professionals responded and completed my job. Michael gave me options about my repairs and replacement. He showed me some things about my heater and hot water tank before he started the replacement. I like that he gave me options. This was a great experience with Delaware Plumbing Professionals.

Company did a good job installing a new powder room vanity including faucet. Derek Adams, the Tech, was very professional and pleasant. I would certainly call them again.

Everything about the experience was very professional and they did what they said they would do. My technician, Ryan C., was very polite and very knowledgeable. He is also a genuinely nice guy. I happened to look at my Ring camera after he left and noticed that he even put away my trash can from the street. A great overall experience.

Delaware Plumbing Professionals (DPP) were, as their name says, professionals with everything they did. I had contacted a number of other providers to do a complete install with new well tank, water softener, acid neutralizer, and UV light. I narrowed it down to two providers that provided the best/same equipment with the longest warranty period. Unlike DPP, the other provider; however, was scant on details of the contract, delayed to return my calls, etc. Whereas, DPP provided a detailed contract regarding every step of the project, the costs of every piece to include the warranties. After choosing DPP Brian timely installed the water system to my satisfaction. He was great at explaining everything to me! I am very happy that I chose DPP and have no regrets. I would highly recommend DPP (and Brian) if you want quality equipment and a quality installation.

Joe and Bill did an excellent job! They installed a washtub and hooked up my ice machine in no more than two hours. Both Joe and Bill were very professional, I highly recommend them for any job.

I was having an issue with my plumbing in the basement I called this company to see about having someone out and originally they told me that there was availability for the next day but after emphasizing to them that it was a continuous leak that was constant and I couldn't turn off the water main because the water valve was broke they were able to quickly have someone out to me same day without any additional fees detect that I had out to my home was Ryan I would highly recommend Ryan he was very good and very respectful arrived in a clean uniform and used his foot covers in the home respecting the home he was able to let us know that the water could only be cut off from the street and we needed our water supplier to do it he patiently waited for the other individual to show up and did the work after the water was cut off he was very quick very precise and the pricing was also fair this was the first time that I had ever used this company and I would recommend I had nothing but a great experience and I would use them again

This is a two part review. We had Mike T come and unclog a nasty clog for us. He explained everything to us he was nice and very professional. This is not the first time we used them in the last two weeks. We also had Ryan do a whole house filtration system for us that is working wonders. He was also net fast and professional. They both came on time and worked hard to get us up and running.

The tech joe went above and beyond to help fix my clogged shower. He not only fixed the clog but put a snake access straight into the pipe that had the clog. Best plumbing experience I’ve had.
