Karen in men’s clothing was very nice and helpful. She showed us how to get a discount and signed us up for emails to save more. It’s employees like this who generate repeat customers. So often today your lucky if you can get someone to even acknowledge you.
To have someone so nice help you save money and just generally make you feel welcome is rare. We’ll be going back to this JCPenney because of it. The lady working jewelry was also very nice.

Kimberly in the men’s department was so sweet, confident, and went the extra mile to help me with my unique shopping situation and make sure that I was satisfied! She really knows customer service and what it means to help others.

For an older store of yester-year, this is a very nice place. They have a large selection of items that are stocked very well. It's clean and organized and the prices are wonderful.

My experience was fantastic! After you get seated theg offer you something to drink. That wa nice. They listen to everything you want done. And my hair came out wonderful. I got a lot of compliments.

Christiana Mall store was a good experience with nice staff. However I had a bad experience at Prices corner store over a week ago. I went to purchase towels. The young lady was helpful with towels but when I decided to purchase a slow cooker that was on sale She and a coworker was not as helpful. They asked me what is a rebate. Really. So I asked for a manager since the young man was laughing abt it. Yes the manager took care of me. Making sure I got my rebate on site. I left out wondering what kind of training was they given. Overall I still left out satisfied.

Just wanted to write a quick review on my shopping experience today (04/09/22). I would like to acknowledge Myra from the Home goods department of JCPenny in the Christiana Mall. What an outstanding shopping experience. She went above and beyond to help us select the perfect pair of curtains for our living room. She was just an overall polite and positive person. She exemplifies customer service. Thank you again.

In all my years of shopping Penney's (over 50 years) I have never, never been disappointed in the quality of my purchases, the customer service and the prices. I am glad that Penney's has survived Covid when so many stores were closing. I hope they can still survive. They have always been my first go-to store on my shopping days. Their on line shopping is just as smooth as in-store shopping and on-line customer service is excellent.

Customer service was excellent. I had a very nice older gentleman yesterday locate a specific pair of jeans I was looking for to fit my father. My father is a big and tall man and after going to numerous stores looking for jeans to fit him, this gentleman was more than welcome to take me to the exact location of what I was looking for. The next time I will remember his name so that he gets the recognition he deserves. He was wonderful!!!

I found some good deals on the Clearance rack 50 to 75% off! Then also received coupons from lady giving them out in the store. Peel off the seal and you get a BIG savings off one item only!!!! I got 50% off. 👌 Sweet Deals @JCP today.

Went there for a price on eye glasses. Checked 3 other places and JC Penny was still the cheapest 2 years running. Plus the store is running a 4th July sale. 50% off on everything I could see. You must go. I bought my glasses.
