Katie from the Pharmacy is terrific 💯! I had a slightly confusing question about one of my medications and how there was a skipped refill from October. I had spoken to the pharmacy twice before about it, and I kept being told that all they saw was one refill for November. She was so kind, immediately helped me out, saw what I was referring to, and got it ready for me.

i’d just like to say that these people are some of the hardest working individuals i have ever had the pleasure of working with. everyone will post negative things about how they don’t seem to be doing anything right but when you choose to fill your medication at the busiest store in the DISTRICT with the absurd amount of staffing shortages, expect to have lots of delays. they will always take care of you no matter the situation. and always remember, they aren’t the only pharmacy in gallatin, let alone the only walgreens in gallatin! if you don’t like it, find another place to go (:

I just want someone to know how Wonderful all of the people are that works at this Walgreens Pharmacy. From the Pharmacists down. There is one Pharmacist there that really, really needs to be commended for what he does and how much he cares for the people that come there. His name is Jason not sure of last name but this young man is kind, helpful and just SUPER. I just think some of the big men or women from Walgreens top people needs to see how wonderful this man is and he is there to help the patient not just for a pay check. It's Pharmacist like Jason that keep this Pharmacy going strong. Please pat him on the back because he truly deserves it. This is Walgreens Maple Street & Nashville Pike Gallatin, Tn. 37066. I just think all the wonderful stuff needs to be said and not just the bad. I have gone to this Pharmacy for many, many years and because of ones like Jason and the staff there is why I always go back. WON'T BE GOING ANYWHERE ELSE!! JUST HAD TO SAY THIS AND LIKE I SAID THEY DO NEED PRAISED FOR WHAT THEY DO DAILY!!!!

Amazing customer service. All the thanks to Mr. Jason, Miss Jennifer, the other pharmacists and the whole crew. They have been providing me the best of the best care. I LOVE 💕 THEM ALL.

A great service! Today I got a Shingles vaccine from a male pharmacist ( I did not see his name tag). He was very kind and seriously taking care of my request even though he was so busy. I will come back again to this store for refilling my regular medicines.

I have dealt with Jennifer in the pharmacy on several occasions and she ALWAYS goes above and beyond to assist me, she is always super helpful and so friendly! I always know I will get the best service when she answers the phone or when she is working the drive thru.
