I love the remodeling job, the place looks so chic! The women were all super friendly. Bathroom was tidy and full of toilet paper, etc.

Shout out to fattie and the rest of gang in McDonald's team. Y'all are really chill and fun to talk to and continue to keep up the good work!! 💕✨

Looks new and great on the inside. It's been awhile since I've gone in.

The area might be crummy but I have not have any issues at this McDonald's. They employees at the drive-thru window have been polite, haven't forgotten any of my food, and the food is always as expected and hot.

The gentleman at drive thru today was great.. don't have a name on receipt but he had a great personality and I could see his smile through the box lol... I love great customer service. He should train those girls who barely smile or even say hello when you come to the window... he should be the top drive thru person... no name but this receipt should pin point who he is...

This is the best McDonald’s ! Thank you to all the employees who work here. Every time i come The food is so hot and fresh! I really Travel so far just for this McDonald’s. Keep up the good work you guys are appreciated.

Service was quick, fries were fresh and order was correct. The young man who took my order was very polite, and confirmed my order before cashing me out and again when my orders were ready..
He's the kind of employee that will bring customers back because they leave happy..

I don't eat. I needed to go to the bathroom. This place was clean and thee girl behind the counter graciously open the locked bathroom door....

The location has truly improved...our food is always fresh...staff are extremely friendly...inside/outside is always clean....Love using the app to order...drive-thru can be long but if you have some knowledge of their most busy times you can avoid it...

This must be the most friendly McDonalds staff I have ever encountered. Everyone was very polite and courteous. Even the homeless man outside that asked me for a cigarette (I don’t smoke) spoke with very clean and proper grammar. Only down side is I’m guessing my biscuit had been sitting a while because it was very hard on the bottom. Still 5 stars because I’m blown away by the other stuff.

They lady’s working the drive-thru tonight 9-2-20 @ 8-8:30pm are doing a fabulous job! Who ever made my mocha frappe with xtra Xtra drizzle, it is the best I’ve ever had. Great job, keep up the fabulous work ladies!

Friendly service and quick check out. Food order specifications always correct at this location. Pleasant. UPDATE: MAY 2018 pass & save your money & time!!! they will serve staff employees as you stand there and wait in line and won't even greet you AND overcharge you. What a disappointment, truly sad!!!! Arrived at 3:13 pm and walked out with food at 3:27

Went to the one in new castle on rt 9 pick up a couple of mc doubles for my friend he said they were good

The ice cream cones are delicious. My cashier was very courteous. There is NO inside dining at this ( Rt. 9) location.

High traffic because of their location, but they handle it very well. Porchia was amazing. Food is good as always, but customer care and professionalism go a long way in food service. Highly reccomend.

The McDonald's on W 4th St stop selling of after breakfast They also couldn't take my order cuz they where down, so I had to Drive 9 extra miles to the one in New Castle, New Castle was great!!! 4th St McD's is the worst.
