My experience with Let Em Ride has been great...both times I purchased. I've read a couple negative reviews but I understood that I was purchasing a used vehicle. Things happen with a used vehicle which may need service. The ladies in the office explained my contracts to me, in great detail. If I hadn't taken the time to listen to what they were explaining before I signed, well that would've been on me. It is always funny to me how a business is great until someone doesn't get the answer they want. Let Em Ride gives people second chances and I would recommend them.

I had the pleasure of working with two of the most beautiful ladies ever MARICELA and BRANDIE, these ladies are professional, caring and always courteous. They made the purchase of my vehicle very easy and delightful, I look forward to my next purchase with them and because of my experience with them I will ALWAYS RECOMMEND Let 'em Ride to people in need of a vehicle.

The past few years I have worked with this company and for people needing mobility to get from place to place they get they job done. The two women in the front Brandi and Marcella have great customer service. Also, they work with their clients in difficult situations. I would recommend them!

Great service & fair pricing! The mechanics were very transparent with me when they installed a 2” lift kit on my 2021 Ford Bronco and they provided quality feedback for any questions I had.

I’ve had great experiences with let ‘em ride! I was able to get my very first car from them and the process was so easy. The ladies in the office worked with me on payments and didn’t turn me away for bad credit. When it was time to get my next car I came right back to let ‘em ride. I have been to many repair shops and this one has been by far the best in service, repairs and very reasonable pricing.
I was greeted immediately and Justin was simply put, exceptional! He answered my questions, thoroughly and explained that I had many options. My Lexus has seen better days but he was able to me taken care of cheaper and quicker than what others had quoted me. One happy camper here. Highly recommended.

I’ve been with let ‘em ride auto since I first moved to Dallas 3 1/2 years ago. So far I’ve gotten two very good cars from them ! Brandi and Marcella are AMAZING ladies up front. Any time I ever had questions on something or just a simple tow they made sure to get the job done. Very understand , very kind, and always professional ! Wow where do I begin… From the moment I walked through the door to fill out the application I was greeted very genuinely by Maricela. She has been an absolute gem throughout this whole process. And I and so happy to say because of the great staff here I was able to purchase my first car totally on my own. Thanks you to every department that made this possible!

Brandi is amazing and very personable she gives courtesy payment reminders, always has a positive up beat disposition. Really makes you feel valued as customer. She worked with me to schedule maintenance on my vehicle through the coverage they offer on the vehicles you purchase from their lot. And she was very detailed oriented with the details through out the entire process definitely 2 Thimbs up!

When I call their office and talk to Brandi or Maricela it's not like I'm calling my car dealership. It's almost like talking to family. They ask about my family and kids. They are great at what they do and I appreciate them!
