Our experience at Living Spaces was fantastic! They offer a wide variety of great options, and the staff was incredibly sweet and helpful. The store is well-organized and beautifully decorated, which made browsing a pleasure. What really stood out for us was the two-hour childcare service. The kids had a blast in the crazy cool play area with its massive indoor play zone, TV, and crafting station. It made our shopping experience stress-free and enjoyable. Highly recommend Living Spaces for both its furniture selection and family-friendly amenities!

My experience at Living Spaces was five stars. The store was neatly decorated and their sales representatives were professional and kind. Nyles did an amazing job answering all of my questions before deciding to purchase a new bedroom set. He was patient with me and also knowledgeable about the store’s inventory. I am grateful for such a great store full of great furniture and great people.

We needed some furniture, and immediately. Most furniture places deliver, on an average, after a week or so, or if they're using a third party, it may take longer. So, I got on to Google, and my search criteria included the phrase "in a day." The name of Living Spaces came up immediately, and at the very top. And, so off we went.

This place is humongous, and that's an understatement. One is almost tempted to wish they had golf carts to browse the store. And they have all kinds of furniture one could ever ask for, and some more. Moreover, we felt the prices were rather reasonable. We were told that if one could place an order before 2 pm, it would be delivered that evening. Amazing! And if one wanted the furniture to be carried in and assembled, it would be $100 extra, which was paltry considering the fact that the furniture were being delivered the same day, and at no cost.

The only sticking point is that if one chooses a floor item, an extra day is needed, since those have to be sent to the warehouse for proper packaging. And, moreover, it becomes the customer's responsibility to carry that item away. We did have a couple of furniture that needed to be carried by us the next day, but since it fit nicely in our SUV, it was okay.

The store associates are courteous, friendly and professional. Special shout-out to Kristyn and Marshall, both of whom were instrumental in enhancing our experience at Living Spaces.

We came looking for options for our bedroom and living room and found decent prices and a good variety to choose from. I recommend this store highly!

Robin W. was the absolute best! I went in looking for a chest for the bedroom (which I did get) and ended up looking for a console for the living room as well. She was so patient with me. She asked very specific questions to narrow down pieces for me to look at. She even helped me with delivery details. What was most comforting was that she knew about all of the pieces in the store; not just bedroom furniture. I didn’t get passed off to someone else to help me because she knew everything. Great shopping experience! I can’t wait for delivery!!

Very easy to work with the employees at this location. I picked everything out online that I wanted and then went to the store to compare in person. The staff helped me to find what I was looking for on the show floor and explained all the pricing and warranty information to me. I ordered everything I needed in store and it was delivered on the same day. I would certainly shop for future furniture here in the future. They made the buying process seamless.

Huge selection of furniture! The sales people were warm and not aggressive, I appreciated being left alone to browse in peace. Make sure to go to the outlet section in the very back - fantastic deals to be found!

Shopping at Living Spaces in Grand Prairie was a dream! I was able to walk the showroom in peace and there was plenty of wonderful staff available to answer all of my questions. I had the best help in Carrington Johnson! He helped me keep track of the items I wanted and was an absolute delight. He was also able to very easily explain financing options and get me approved quickly, and help me schedule a delivery suited to my moving timeline. Wonderful and reasonably priced furniture in a peaceful environment with amazing customer service; what’s not to love!

We came in to use credit for an item we purchased that was delivered with some damage and warranty was able to refund us with store credit. We were a little timid about it but we were helped by a gentleman named Oscar. I truly hope the business reads the reviews and gives him the recognition he deserves. He was phenomenal he didn’t push, he listened to all of our concerns, he also went above and beyond to make sure we had all the information we needed to make our new purchase. If you need a reclining sectional ask for him by name he is certainly the expert in the area as well as in providing great customer care. Thank you again Oscar you are doing a tremendous job keep it up! It is appreciated.

My experience at Living Spaces was amazing! Most of the staff members were extremely kind and helpful. But I must give RJ an outstanding applause. A very knowledgeable gentleman especially when it came to the mattresses. All the right questions were asked so I could find the perfect one for the way I sleep. RJ is definitely an impeccable salesman! Even got me to add on a huge mirror for my bedroom! Thank you so much!! Definitely a happy customer!

Britney was AWESOME, she was informative and knew the product. It was easy making a decide with her knowledge of the mattress and bed set. Justice was very good with assisting with the latter half of my visit.

I came to Living Spaces to purchase a recliner that would be the correct size and color to an existing Sofa I purchased two years ago. Unfortunately, the recliner to the set I had purchased two years ago was no longer available. I met Oscar, explained my situation, and Oscar took me straight to a recliner that matched perfectly.!! Oscar took the time to go over and get a sample of my previously purchased sofa material and bring it over to the recliner, so that I could see the match before I purchased . The fact that Oscar was knowledgeable enough about what was in the store to help me make a perfect match was very impressive to me. I will continue to go to Living Spaces and I will continue to shop with Oscar. Great job.

1st time at this store and let me tell y’all how fantastic this furniture store is!
They have it all from inside to the outside furniture.

Not only do you shop at peace kid free they have provided us parents with a big inside playground (make sure you’re wearing shocks otherwise they’ll charge a $1 for a pair of shocks)
They also have kids carts so they can play for those under 3
It’s literally like a day care they have it all in there they can color play with screens access to restrooms

Bailey was amazing! Making great recommendations and listening carefully to our needs. Living Spaces has something for everyone in a variety of price ranges. The store is well stocked and easy to navigate.

First time customer. Selection of furniture is immensely broad! Loved the variety of choices and furniture color spectrum. The absolute upside? Sales didn’t NAG, follow or be persistent! They allow you walk freely to observe and take in the store. Found the best sales representative, Emily M. who took note of my specific needs and directed me to the exact piece of furniture that filled my needs! I wanted a comfortable Grandma chair that could be relaxing to hold a toddler who may or may not nap on me. Massive hip room for rotating my body to different positrons when toddler wears out my body angle. Emily M. recommended the Rayna Power Swivel Glider Recliner with built in Battery & USB. Perfect! For charging my phone when I’m unmovable.

I wish there were more stars available, because this store is incredible. From the size of the facility to the quality of the items sold, you can truly find any piece of furniture you were looking for. Johnny greeted us at the entrance, he let us know they don't work on commission- which takes that pressure off both the customers and the sales persons - and they come over only if you have questions (the very friendly Izaiah came to our rescue at one point).
They have a huge play centre for kids to spend time while you go browsing, and a table with coffee and tea (and cookies sometimes). It's all very well kept, even the restrooms.
So many unique and quirky pieces too, made of solid wood and dovetail drawers!They also offer delivery options that start at 0 dollars!
We will definitely come here to finish decorating our home.

Edith was professional and transparent with her answers to all our questions. She made the purchase easy. Store was clean. Vignettes were tastefully put together! Never felt pressured by any salesperson. Enjoyed the music too! Felt we are getting a really good loveseat for the price. We will return for our next furniture purchase.
