If you want a local shop with knowledgeable owners and employees give them your business. If there has ever been any issues with what we’ve purchased we share that with them. Best place to purchase all kinds of mods and disposables. Wide selection of flavors and brands . Wendy and Jasmine are great and are very knowledgeable about all their product. I highly I recommend Vapor Hideout !!!!

Best vapor store in grand prairie, they have ever thing you need very knowledgeable, customer service is A+, best juices, all new mods etc my favorite one is sinful nectar. Try them out you wont regret it!!

In a smoke shop, it's unheard of. This place is the VAPOR HIDEOUT. NO crackheads, dope fiends etc...no one tries to shake you down in the parking lot. You can go eat at 20 great restaurants within walking distance.

My one stop shop for all my vapor needs. They are very knowledgeable about there products. Wendy always greets me with a smile. Its a hidden gem!! They have all the new mods and colors and accessories. Favorite juice is Coreys juice if your ever in the area check it out.

Love this place and Wendy! She is amazing and really cares about her customers and her community. I enjoy stopping in and never feel like it's a chore because Wendy is very friendly and knowledgeable. Any time I am intrested in something different than I already have, she has taken the time to tell me the pros and cons, and if I have purchased something new she is taken the time to show me how to work it. The prices and e juice are excellent!!

This place was great! The woman working (I didn’t catch her name unfortunately) was extremely nice, knowledgeable and helpful. She made me feel very welcome and comfortable from the moment I walked in. I have been vaping for a few months but know very little about all of it. She was able to help me with my problem I was having, as well as teaching me how to change my coil. I love the large selection and variety of their juices! Their menu has a great layout and tons of options!
The flavor of the caramel pecanbon was amazing!!! It’s my new favorite! I can’t wait to go back and try more flavors! Wonderful atmosphere, helpful and kind employee, and very convenient! Their prices are very reasonable too!

I don’t understand how people find it rude being ID’d. I find it flattering. They lady thought I was way younger than what I look. This place was my first to visit and honestly, I don’t see myself going anywhere else. The price was reasonable. The lady was amazing and provided me with the correct information. She was patient and even though my brother and I were indecisive about which vapor to buy, she was cool and didn’t get frustrated with us at any point.

I’ve been in Texas for a month now and have tried a few vape shops and wasn’t impressed. So I figured I would drive a little further and give them a shot and it was worth it. Had exactly what I wanted. Has a good selection. The lady that helped me was knowledgeable and I was in and out within a few minutes. And she was cute so that’s a plus. Will be returning for my vaping needs.

I've shopped around, this place is the best in the area. I wish i could give them more stars. Bright and clean. They have a great selection of authentic, quality stuff at good prices and the folks that run it are helpful and friendly without being pushy. Found my new favorite vape shop.

Awesome customer service 100% of the time

Wendy is the greatest I swear. She is always friendly and there is never a long wait for service. First time I saw her store I arrived right @closing time. Instead of closing up before I reached the door like many others would she waited for me to hobble over to the door. Forever a friend, I swear y'all.

Omg.. my experience was one of the best I've ever had. JAZZMINE understood my every concern. She even tested my batteries for my without charging me. I am definitely one happy customer. The build was a clean and friendly environment. I would recommend everyone to checkout this place..
