Guerra's Tax Services & Etc

My wife and I have been going to Guerra's Tax Services and to Tina for over 10 years! Service and patience is excellent. I appreciate her initiative to provide the newest tax information to us every year. Definitely recommend!

I've done my taxes here for the past 5 years and each year she makes sure I get the most for my tax refund. She is so friendly and pulls you into conversation. I wouldn't go anywhere else. **recommend**

When u first walk in , it's a very welcoming atmosphere. I have been Going to Guerra's Tax Services for the last 7 years and would not change her even if you paid me. She will answer all questions honestly and openly.

We've been customers since 2009 tax year, and she has always helped us to understand the tax laws, patiently answering our questions, and accommodating our schedules! Wonderful experience overall.

Mrs. Tina is AWESOME......i will never find any other person i trust to do my taxes and my random questions throughout the year! :)

I thought we had found a great tax lady, until we tried to file this year and learned she never filed 2018 for us. Now we are going crazy because the IRS is holding our return, Tina says she refiled for us, but refuses to send us documents proving she filed and they were accepted. She will only communicate via email. Which she isn't following directions well. I have it in her writing that she some how missed filling our 2018 last year. But now we don't know what is going on and we don't want to file ourselves if by chance she she did file without permission. If she would call us back we might be able to figure this out, but it has been another 5 days since we sent our last email and text so now it is time to let people know, she isn't on top of her game. Go somewhere else.

Has anyone heard from Tina? I’ve been trying to contact her for the last 2 months and haven’t been able to reach her. Her voicemail is full and she hasn’t been responding to my emails.

The woman who answered the phone was EXTREMELY RUDE AND ARROGANT. She wouldn't transfer me to her superior and was overly full of angst. She needs to be fired and I'm spreading the word to NOT GO TO GUERRA'S TAX SERVICE. Worthless.
