It was our first time using a service for taxes. We had the BEST experience with Vanessa! In just a matter of minutes she had all of our documents scanned in. We had an unusual circumstance that took a minute and some assistance, but it was taken care of by their knowledgeable staff. We will definitely be back next year. Definitely recommend!
